We stayed in the Livery. We had a king bed with plenty of room for side tables on both sides. It was very clean and well appointed. I loved the decor. Cozy and relaxing. Bed was comfortable and the shower had a nice flow. They left the lights on for our arrival which was a nice touch. Finishes in room and around property were upscale. We did not eat breakfast. It started at 0730 and we needed to leave by 0700. They did have coffee out at 0630. My only complaint is that we didn't spend enough time there.

Amazing stay! Rooms were spacious, check in was great and parking on the premises was ideal. Restaurant next door was also great for breakfast and lunch.

Great service from Victoria and team at restaurant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Atmosphere is cozy and relaxed.. the pool

Functional and practical room layout. The room was cleaned every day and was neat and tidy at all times. I would definitely recommend it, and will be staying here again in future.

It was my second time and still fantastic. Victoria, Josephine and Blessing who work at the front desk need a raise particularly Blessing. They are very professional. Also David at the restaurant is super cordial and polite. Well done to the management.

I was lucky to receive a voucher for my birthday for a 2 night hotel break we chose The George. The room was cosy and comfortable and a good selection of hot drinks. We ate in the restaurant both nights and it was sensational food out of this world. Very tasty and freshly cooked and reasonable prices. We had a slight issue with our bedroom door but that was dealt with professionally and certainly did not ruin our stay.

Spent a very pleasant evening at the George hotel. Warm welcome. We had a superior room which was spacious with sofa to sit on. The meal in the restaurant was excellent. Lovely choices to suit everyone . Waiting and bar staff were superb. Quiet location with free parking in the square. Breakfast, again had multiple choices, and all freshly cooked. Would highly recommend. Excellent value for money

Great hotel, plenty of parking. Easy to get to. Staff were great, room was as ordered, very clean and great shower!
