Staff friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Food was lovely. Very busy pub but no noise late at night.

Room was clean with signs of wear and tear which didn't affect our stay, the breakfast was excellent, plenty of continental choice and a delicious cooked full breakfast.

All though the the room was ok as a single but not worth the money, better out there for the same cost. Sinks taps only one worked.
Dinner was terrible, ask for a simple amendment to my dish and it never happened, the waiter said and I quote, it just come out like that, you can always leave it on the plate if you don't like it. No mention of I will take it back. The food itself was terrible gammon like rubber, salad with brown edges, never again.
Kitchen with seems not to care about the food they serve.
Didn't dare stay for the breakfast, just left never to return.

Stayed over New Year and decided to stay and extra night as we felt so comfortable as staff and food were good.
Room was a little small for a 'premium ' but adequate. The bar/ lounge is great, lovely fires and a lot of residents brought their dog, the staff engaged with all????. Look forward to seeing how they upgrade the hotel after the January shutdown. We will be back.

The room was immaculate, and I absolutely love the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I would recommend it highly to anyone!

We were very happy and impressed with the cleanliness and the chosen decoration for the hotel . Our room was very well equipped and comfortable . We had a meal in the bar which was excellent and well priced . Overall a fantastic stay and one we would recommend

We had a wonderful stay in the spacious and elegant Merchant’s Suite, which had a wood stove and a jetted tub. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed all the breakfast options and we had dinner multiple nights in the pub- delicious.

The clean room, warm welcome and easy vibe of this hotel stood out and I would 100% recommend to everyone. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area. A joy of an establishment.

Nice room but very noisy . Adjacent hotel very loud until 3.00 am and no double glazing in room . Understand New Year’s Eve but paid $850 for the room and should be better soundproofed . Did not include car park at $40 extra

Room was very large and great bed , we stayed on the second floor with an ocean view , couldn't fault their service , will definitely stay there when we next get to Glenelg
