There is a very good service from front desk to restaurant to coffee house. The hotel is clean and surrounded with food stalls, and some restaurant. Will still come back on next trip.

The room is bigger than expected. While the room have some smell of smokes, the staff is very flexible and offer another room to us.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The overall experience was excellent, from the service to the cleanliness and facilities. The service truly stood out — every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Their friendliness and efficiency added a personal touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety and well-prepared dishes. I also had dinner at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant, where the food was excellent — well-presented, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Overall, this hotel offers top-quality service, comfort, and dining. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

皇冠假日的质素不需质疑，实在很好。唯室内装修风格有些过时，但整体质量很好的。

早上旁边施工，8点开始有施工！?房型不确定?，?得去到酒店安排，没有的选择！沟通费劲……?? 衞生：相对不错

淋浴房漏水非常严重（图片是使用地巾吸水后），上衞生间因为漏水打滑险些摔跤，幸好双手马上扶住门把手，不然后果不堪设想。

What a wonderful stay in Crowne Prince Longgang. From the ease of check in to the wonderful room. Everything was impeccable. As a business traveler, you want connectivity and a nice bed to just crash in and have your sleep. This hotel delivers. Special mention to Will Gao and Ms Luna. Will was extremely attentive and could preempt what I wanted to do as I was checking out. Took my luggages and then promptly kept them. His eyes on the ground is something lacking in many hotels. Also, I left my favourite hoodie behind at the restaurant and I was already on my way to another city. I called the hotel and Ms Luna answered the call and I told her my situation. In 45 seconds, she ran to the restaurant, found my jacket and then took down my contact and promptly arranged for the courier to send it to me asap. Thank you for saving the day as the weather changed so suddenly! Thank you both for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to Travellers.

Hotel have a beautiful lobby. Rooms are really big with very nice bathroom. Breakfast have a lot of delicious meals. Incredible hotel with swimming pool and gym. After work you can have nice chillout.
