Wow! What can I say?
First off, the owners - Chang and David. They are the best! They treated us like family. The rooms are excellent! We booked 2 rooms. One was right beside the pool with a train view from inside the room. The other room is at the 3rd floor, overlooking the train and other building of Sapa. The hotel has 2 service elevators, a children's pool, billiard hall, food was nice. Coffee was superb! David offered to drive us around town. We went to the Alpine Coaster and Cat-Cat village with him as our driver. Even offered to buy us coffee. Chang went over the top as far as serving us. She arrange our Fansipan experience, called the bus operator to arrange a pick-up right from the hotel on our way back to Hanoi. They even left us with a thank you gift.
Would I come back? Definitely yes. Will I recommend it to family, friends and others? A BIG YES!
