Cleanliness is awesome! The room is clean but its really cold, maybe need some heated blanket during winter season. Location wise is definitely good place to stay walking distance to Sapa Center , Sun Plaza . Service is good have 10 % discount to restaurant while your staying at the hotel. Amenities: have small swimming Pool outside, the vicinity is good to watch the nature and see the monorail.

The Front office staffs are very helpful, great food buffet at breakfast, beautiful scenery.

Location is Excellent. However Hotel is still under construction. Service are not excellent but ok.

It was all around good. Tho not many food choices, it was still decent. We were advised to upgrade our room with an aircon to use for heater because the weather is really extremely cold. The amenities are superb. I love the shampoo and body gel they use

A relaxing and well maintained hotel, good for stay-cation or anyone looking to unwind, very peaceful. The room was spotless fresh upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable felt cozy and calming. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accomodating, everyone we interacted with, was warm and corteous. The food were flavorful and well prepared especially their breakfast. Dining with the view was a real treat, perfect for rest and relaxation. Definitely worth it for a peaceful getaway. Great value for the quality of service, views, and relaxation provided. Smells of the elevator and lower ground flr is not good. And place is under construction For now it’s not very safe specially for kids. Over all . It’s good

Upon check in we were told that our room will have no aircon. The receptionist told us that we don't need aircon because of the weather. First time to hear. Of course we did not agree. They said they upgrade our room. Room is clean but too many insects outside so we cannot leave our door and windows opened. Breakfast was okay. Pool is under construction.
