Im satisfied my stay in joville sapa hotel together with my friend. I love the breakfast especially the fried rice so delicious. The view is very satisfying the service and amenities is good but i hope that their is a 24hrs front desk so that if the guest will going to check out early morning they have a person to take care. But overall im very satisfied ??

Booked standard room with mountain view however upon arrival the staff said whether we want to upgrade our room to deluxe room as they got a few vacancy and need to top ip some more $$. We ask them to show both rooms and notice the view of the room we booked was not with mountain view but just other buildings blocking the view. For deluxe room, it has balcony but the room is smaller. At that moment, me and my friend not too sure whether to believe what they say. We decided to just stick to our room. Then the staff at the reception asked again and showed us another deluxe room and which was not bad compared to other deluxe room they showed, although there is no balcony but we still can see the mountain view with monorail pass by.

Very good hotel. Its recommended. Go to joville sapa hotel. Very beautiful. ????????????

酒店的位置相当好，靠近市政中心，下中巴车走350米左右就到，隔壁还有观景平台 可以看去番西邦峯小火车的网红咖啡店，去逛街和美食街也很近，酒店也不错 乾净舒适，早餐也很棒，管家大姐的蛋饼很香

Super nice view where u watch monorail by passes every day. Staffs friend especially the hotel bosses Mr & Mrs Khoa are so helpful in all aspect including give me a birthday cake during my stay. Btw all the photos are taken from the hotel site Thank you very much

We had a short, amazing stay at Joville. Good thing about here is that the sunworld fansipan is just a walk away. The fansipan train can also be viewed at their restaurant area. The staff are approachable and accomodating.

Excellent service by the owner itself, manager and the staff.

Hotel is located at a very nice location. Staff is very friendly and the accommodation is very clean. Bc of the bad weather the pool had to be closed due a landslide next to it what was a shame but not to be blamed on the hotel.
