Friendly, professional, knowledgeable reception with excellent service. Comfortable, clean room and overall hotel. Breakfast was overall good and plentiful but no bacon/sausage; just bacon bits in with what I suspect are powered eggs although eggs can be made to order...just ask.
So convenient just fee steps exit from the central station platform number 1. Staff are nice, room is clean, bed is comfortable, they arranged connected room as per our request earlier via trip.
Just one thing don't understand the tourist tax for 4 people not 3 people that we actually stayed for 2 rooms. The staff said was Trip.com advanced calculation.
Just love this place. It’s located in front of the hbf train station. The decoration is beautiful and luxurious. The staffs were soooo nice. The room is specious and neat. Would recommend staying here
It's very convenient and easy to find the direction for travelers from airport, especially if you travel in the evening. The hotel has mentioned that you will require to ask for housekeeping if you need one, so it's fine. The breakfast was fine if you just staying for 2 to 3 days, more than that, you might find the choice is limited.
