Staff ?? friendly and helpful, Staff A+ Rooms to noisy if want good sleep on the same of life and also all 25 above. Issue with bed sheets, unsightly mark when pulled cover back, the quickly them. But had to change rooms ..01 due to noise to the other side, which was great ..05 but water burster in bathroom, about 30 mins into another on 26th floor, but after 10 mins the humming from multiple outside air con units, plus thin glass, then add the vibration of the music from the roof top bar, that wasn't going to be a good night, off another back on 23rd floor - the shower drain wasn't draining. So rooms stay on 24th or below floors and the same of the lane way and should be fine. Staff were amazing.

Had a nice stay in this hotel. The carpet has a huge stain that makes the room so dirty. However. I still recommend this place.

The cebteal location makes its easy to move around. The food is halal.

Overall it was a good stay. During checkin there was a hiccups for the requested and my preferred room. Room was good but cleaning was not up to the expectation. None of the night cleaner vacuumed the carpet. When I entered the room found bunch of hairs on the floor and until checkout it was there. I am happy with size of rooms and amenties. But, swimming pool was closed so did not used any facilities.

The elevator is very terible. They have a lot of guests but only one elevator is working. It will take 20-30mins of waiting as so many people ahead of us wer waiting too… the rm was give to us was flooding of water from the ceiling. The sink iwas clogged up. No hot water in the shower. The tv they have is not a smart tv and twith worst reception. The good thing is ?the staff wer all very friendly and accommodating but the place is not recommendable to stay
