Good, I'll book next time. Good service and amenities is provided. Free access of swimming pool. I haven't tried the spa and gym yet but I'll try next time when I stay again. Thank you!

Excellent location right in the heart of city CBD which is makati city. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and mall. If you are interested in night life it’s probably four minutes away from the hotel.. staff are there 24/7 to help you out with anything you need. Check in fast and easy. Large room and bed as compared to other hotels in the same area with the same price ?you get smaller room and not much in the bath room. With Berjaya you get face washer, hand towel and a soft bath towel. More plugs in the room to charge all ur devices. Cable tv, ?breakfast has lot to offer. ?my favourite staff is Mark he’s always available to render assistance.. many thanks to all the staff including the security team , restaurant staff and cleaning crews..

The staff at the reception try to give me a single bed room saying as the room is only available but i booked double bed room. It is not good as they want to keep good rooms for walk in customers. And when i insist she gave me the double room. When checked in i was told its newly refurbished. You can see clearly not the case. Bath tub and toilet seat was not good and hot water doesnt come. Upon check out they charged me extra 600 pesos for towel. Plus said the key card is missing but it was in the room and i went up and showed them that it is not missing. Because i was running late i had to pay but management should do better and train them at the reception to be polite. This is not a good practice. Philipines is a good country but things like will put people off from traveling to philipines. I travelled to philipines alot and it was my first time staying there. Breakfast was good and catering staff was polite and kind. Not like that person at the reception who are robbing Locaton is good too. Customers shouldnt be conned liked that.

Nice hotel but indicate in apps near in airport, its big NO quite far.. and grab quite expnsve its cheap but using grab it must go near to airport then additional to yourpayment in hotel ????

I am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.

Great budget hotel, in the Great location near the small mall, restaurants, the pool is ane bit outdated and the water is cald, staff is Great.

The room was big. Staff was friendly. The only downside about our stay was the sink. The floor was always wet because of it and had to wait for the rubber mat but we never got it. Hotel was near many restaurants and convenience stores.

Very comfortable and clean room to stay. But I don't want the front desk agent attitude! They are all not accommodating! Kudos to the doorman who always greet me.
