La comida le falta variedad, sabor y calidad, comparado con resorts de su nivel está por debajo, un punto importante a mejorar, creo que si lo logran será un hotel bueno en general y también le hace falta un poco de personal, aunque el que atiende es muy amable

Me gusta mucho el concepto de este hotel, el servicio es muy bueno en general :). Muy lindas instalaciones y las albercas me gustan tambien. El resturante de especialidad muy bueno en alimentos y servicio. Me parece muy buena opcion para ir en familia. Solo mejoraria la temperatura del agua de la zona de toboganes. Las demas excelente ??

El hotel es bonito y tiene un concepto diferente, te hace sentir en medio del bosque. Las instalaciones son agradables, pero las albercas son frías y solo los jacuzzis tienen calefacción, lo cual es incómodo considerando que está en la sierra. El personal en general es amable, aunque algunos son un poco secos. La comida deja mucho que desear: el bufet tiene muy poca variedad, se acaba antes del horario y no resurten y, después de las 10 pm, solo hay sándwiches y maruchan. Para ser un hotel todo incluido, la oferta es muy limitada. El club de playa queda lejos, es peque?o y la comida es mala. La playa es bonita, pero no muy segura para meterse al mar. No lo recomiendo si buscas un hotel de playa. El concepto es interesante, pero por el precio hay mejores opciones.

Me hospedé en Delta Hotels Marriott Riviera Nayarit y, siendo honesto, mi experiencia fue regular. En general le doy 2 de 5 estrellas. El hotel es muy bonito visualmente, moderno y diferente a otros resorts; las áreas comunes están bien cuidadas y las albercas son un punto fuerte: limpias, climatizadas y muy agradables. La habitación fue excelente, cómoda, limpia y con servicio de limpieza diario sin ningún problema. En ese aspecto, nada que reprochar. Sin embargo, hay varios puntos importantes a mejorar. El buffet es bastante peque?o en comparación con otros hoteles de esta categoría y con la cantidad de restaurantes que maneja el complejo; la variedad se siente limitada. Otro problema es el servicio de carritos: pasan muy poco, tanto en temporada baja como alta, a diferencia de otros hoteles donde siempre hay carritos disponibles esperando a los huéspedes. Algo que no me gustó nada fue que llegué antes de mi horario de check-in y no me permitieron acceder a las instalaciones, a menos que pagara un costo adicional. En otros hoteles esto suele permitirse sin problema. De igual forma, el día de salida tuve que ajustarme estrictamente a su horario, ya que de lo contrario también me cobraban una estancia extra. La atención fue muy variable. Las mujeres del staff brindan un trato excelente, muy amable y profesional. En cambio, algunos hombres —especialmente en carritos y bares— no tuvieron la mejor actitud. Delta hotel is a very different option to stay. The hotel is nice and within the mountains and has access to a beach club which is 15 minutes away that is embedded in a small town. The beach town has very limited space for the size of the hotel. You need to call very early to book a spot on the 10 am vans to secure a good spot. If you arrive there by 11 be prepared to be at the very back and to probably find no spots. Towels are not provided there you need to carry them all the way from the towel area from the hotel. There is good food and drinks service at the beach club. At the pools area there are only drinks no food or snacks. Waiters do not remove that often used glasses or cans so you can see a lot of them just lying around. The adults jacuzzies are used by kids and no one says nothing even though you report that to the hotel staff at the pool area. The pools are nice though, lots is them within the mountain. The lazy river is amazing. The restaurant options are great, specially the Tepanyaki. The pantry is simple but enjoyable 24/7. The tacos and quesadillas at the central garden are good. The golf cart service around the hotel is great! The hotel lacks of a good store with basic need articles, it is useless so be prepared to do a stop at the pharmacies that are on the way to the beach club to buy almost anything you may need such as toothpaste. The day you leave the staff personnel start knocking your door 5 minutes before 12 pm which is check out time.

This was a total relaxation haven where you have everything you need within the resort. What made the experience amazing was the staff who seem to actually love their jobs. We want to recognize Luis and Carlos (transportation), Wendy, Octavio, Alejandro, (Servers) Dash (Tonati Beach Club) and Fernando our amazing bartender by the pool who kept our margaritas flowing. Housekeeping was great too! We have not met any of them but you guys were great as well. Thank you thank you thank you and we will definitely be back!

The hotel is amazing, just be prepared to walk a lot. I wasn't too much of a fan of the food though.

everyone at the hotel gives great service. the hotel is a hidden gem. quiet. remote. no activities except walking & swimming. perfect getaway. delicious food, drinks & snacks.

+ fitness room, pools/pool chairs, spa, room cleanliness - food was ok, seemed understaffed, room service took over an hour and they didn’t bring what I asked for
