入住非常满意，离火车站几分钟路程，去爱丁堡的其他景点步行基本都可以到，非常满意，床非常舒服，酒店员工都非常热情。看其他评价説退定金时间比较久，这个暂时还不知道，再来追评。

酒店地理位置很好，出门就是新城和旧城交界处，楼下就是商场，到哪里都很方便。酒店服务人员很热情，房间设施很新，空间宽敞，衞生乾净。推荐！

评分： ???? 入住时间： 2026年2月在入住之前，就对爱丁堡W酒店的设计充满期待，而它确实没有让我失望。酒店的建筑本身就是一件艺术品，灵感源自丝带的扭曲造型在爱丁堡的天际线下显得格外抢眼。室内设计由 Jestico + Whiles 操刀，完美融合了苏格兰沿海元素与现代潮流，从大堂的霓虹灯装置到带有格纹的沙发，每一个角落都充满了巧思，艺术氛围直接拉满。我住的房间以深蓝色和金色为主调，搭配火山岩细节的迷你吧，既前衞又呼应了爱丁堡的地理特徵。酒店的服务人员也值得称赞，从前台到礼宾部都非常热情且专业，让人倍感温馨。缺点就是酒店预授权的按金，至今已经超过14个工作日仍未退还。我也理解按金退还涉及银行流程需要时间，但通常国际连锁酒店在3-5个工作日内即可到账。如此长时间的延迟，实在有失W酒店作为奢华品牌的水准。 Rating: ???? Stay Date: February 2026 I had high expectations for the design of the W Edinburgh, and it did not disappoint. The hotel building itself is a piece of art; its ribbon-like twisted structure is strikingly eye-catching against the Edinburgh skyline . The interior, designed by Jestico + Whiles, perfectly blends Scottish coastal elements with modern trends. From the neon light installations in the lobby to the sofas with tartan patterns, every corner is full of creativity. The artistic atmosphere is absolutely fantastic . The mini-bar, with its volcanic rock details, felt avant-garde yet echoed Edinburgh"s geological features perfectly . The service staff were also commendable. From the front desk to the concierge, everyone was enthusiastic and professional. However, The pre-authorized deposit has still not been released after more than 14 working days. I understand that deposit refunds involve bank procedures that take time, but international chain hotels typically process this within 3-5 business days. Such a long delay, without any prior warning at checkout, is unbecoming of a luxury brand like W.

这个酒店最棒最棒的是服务！入住的时候是晚上，下了火车又累又冷，前台帮我们办理入住的Isabel非常贴心的给我们准备了各种热饮，给孩子们准备了曲奇饼乾和小熊，并且亲自送我们到房间，一路上和两个孩子非常亲切有趣的互动，两个孩子都超级喜欢她！聊天中Isabel了解了孩子们喜欢的颜色和喜欢的玩具，第二天晚上到房间来给孩子们送了礼物，孩子们特别高兴！我家姐姐反覆叮嘱我，一定要给美丽的Isabel大大的赞！酒店位置不错，去火车站和老城各景点都方便，早餐厅景观不错

地理位置非常好！步行可达主要景点，安心冲！房间也很大，厕所的话淋浴空间很大，不过洗漱台和马桶间隔太近，略显拥挤。床垫比较软。酒店早餐也不错，提前一天跟前台预订比当天直接在餐厅挂账要便宜10英镑，划算些，出品也不错！整体体验感还是很好的！来之前看评论説酒店前台有种族歧视，原本还挺担心，到了之后遇到一个前台工作人员是香港人，办理流程都很顺利！并且一直到check out当天都还能记得住我姓氏。推荐～还有机会再次造访爱丁堡一定还会无脑选W！

在市中心离这周围景点和商圈还有签证中心都很近，地理位置满分。并且在苏格兰算是特别有现代化的酒店，房间设施新颖舒适。英国一共两家W酒店，一家在伦敦一家在爱丁堡。个人感觉打卡英国W酒店的话，爱丁堡这个比伦敦的更好，更舒适。推荐阳台景色的房间，视野一绝。

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! The moment when stepped foot.. we were in awe of this hotel. Staff entered so helpful and friendly! I will be back for sure!! Make sure you go to the bar.. cocktails to die for.!!
