I liked the one bedroom apartments. The restaurant had very good food and the nightly happy hour was enjoyable

We highly recommend the all inclusive stay here which for us included a stay in a deluxe unit, a motor vehicle for the whole stay and all meals. The accommodation was extremely spacious with a large secluded porch. There is a 2 person spa in the bathroom but at the time of our visit the island was on water shortage so not used. The staff are awesome in the performance of there duties a special shout out to Fabian,Hannah and Sean. The vehicle was good but it needed a service and did not work fully. The location is near to burnt pine (the shopping centre) and not too far from the airport. Highly recommend this place to all

A great place to stay - every facility you could want as a base to explore Norfolk Island Set in pleasant gardens , each separate cabin is well set up with TV iron , ironing board lounge and small kitchen. There is a bar, a coffee shop and dinning room. Staff are friendly and professional.

Rooms starting to show their age. No shelf space in the bathroom and very little space around the basin. Pillows too soft. Sofa beds do not make comfortable couches in a "deluxe suite" No toasters in the rooms and the excuse for this is not acceptable. Restaurant at the Governors is overrated. Breakfast in the dining space is very good but the staff are all young backpackers who would rather be somewhere else. If location is of paramount importance this is a go-to destination, otherwise, assess your options ....

Staff here are AMAZING. Mary Lou is the best! All the staff including Seni/Gaia/Tay and Maz looked after my group so well. No one wanted to leave. Great location and the tropical gardens are really well maintained food was excellent too. See you all next tour.

Tuve una habitación en un tercer edificio del hotel encima de un bar con patio exterior y escenario donde hubo concierto hasta las 10 de la noche. Desayuno justito. Había tostadora y no había mermelada!!

Ein sch?nes, niedliches Hotel, alt aber Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr gute Betten, Ladung der Handys an der Lampe m?glich, sauber, Fenster zum ?ffnen. Das Personal war super freundlich. Unten im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant mit moderaten Preisen und eine gro?e Bar. Schade, dass um neun Uhr abends schon geschlossen wurde. Beim Frühstück sollte man auf Plastik verzichten. Die Küche ist gleich nebenan, also kein Problem mit dem Geschirr. Porzelantassen und -teller gab es aber immerhin. Der Tisch mit dem Frühstück sah nicht so einladend aus und das Personal hat den Müll, der dort drumrum stand, nicht wegger?umt, obwohl gesehen. Alles in allem ein sch?nes Hotel in direkter City-Lage.
