We stayed at this hotel in Barcelona for four nights and overall appreciated the location and staff. The checkin process was smooth.
However, on our last night, we had an unfortunate experience. At around 6:00 a.m., water started leaking from the bathroom ceiling due to the guest upstairs taking a shower. This was startling and disruptive, especially at that hour. When we reported it to the front desk, the only solution offered was to move us to another room. While the staff member at the desk did apologize in person, there was no follow-up, and no outreach from management to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation.
For a hotel of this standard, I would have expected more proactive communication and care to ensure guests feel valued, especially after such an incident. This was disappointing.

Piacevolmente gratta con la accoglienza di Hamed. Siamo arrivati alle 6 del mattino dopo un volo cancellato e l'accoglienza di Hamed ci ha fatto venire voglia di continuare. Posto super pulito, moderno, personale gradevole e professionale. Voglio tornare e soggiornare qui solo per l'accoglienza, la pulizia e per avere tutto vicino, un isolato dalla Rambla. Super consigliato
We stayed at Hotel Turin in Barcelona for three nights and really enjoyed our time there. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially important during the warm summer days. Each morning, we looked forward to the breakfast buffet. There was a nice variety of fresh cakes, different kinds of bread, and eggs, which gave us a good start to the day. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from many main attractions. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.
Nice, convenient, clean, good price
Very convenient hotel with an excellent location and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was very clean, the shower was nice, and breakfast was included. Although the buffet is small, it offers Spanish dishes that are tasty and satisfying. The staff was friendly, and overall everything was good. Great value for the price—I would definitely come back.
Location of the hotel is very prime with easy access to everything, including the metro. The elevator is a bit small but it gets the job done and it is relatively fast. Good AC. Good staff.

Hotellet ligger 100 meter fra Rambla og 50 metere fra LeMeridien. Stille sidegate med en god restaurant like rundt hj?rnet. Dette er en grei beliggenhet.

Litt unna Metro (ca 5-7 minutter). Med Metro kan du ta banen til flyplassen og skifte p? Terrasso. S? slipper man k? og dyr taxi.
