Guest：We stayed at this hotel in Barcelona for four nights and overall appreciated the location and staff. The checkin process was smooth. However, on our last night, we had an unfortunate experience. At around 6:00 a.m., water started leaking from the bathroom ceiling due to the guest upstairs taking a shower. This was startling and disruptive, especially at that hour. When we reported it to the front desk, the only solution offered was to move us to another room. While the staff member at the desk did apologize in person, there was no follow-up, and no outreach from management to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation. For a hotel of this standard, I would have expected more proactive communication and care to ensure guests feel valued, especially after such an incident. This was disappointing.: 2025-09-01
