Pretty good stay at Tigaiga! Beautiful location, spacious room though outdated; was tricky to figure out the heat and lights, my wi-fi didn't work and took 3 attempts of speaking w/ staff to get it to work; breakfast was great - tons of fresh fruit, plant-based milk, something for everybody; live local music on Saturday; and the restaurant staff were inconsistent w/ the service.

H?tel situé en hauteur, donnant un très beau point de vue sur la région. Piscine et jardin superbes. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Service à la hauteur du prix

Eine ruhige Oase zwischen Palmen. Mit toller Aussicht auf den Teide und das Meer. Oberhalb, im wundersch?ne Parque Taoro gelegen. Traditionelles, Familiengeführtes Haus.

Personnel au top, vraiment gentils . Ensemble quasi parfait , les seuls bémols : la machine à café aliexpress de piètre qualité à changer qui sortait le café au goutte à goutte ( je commence à la reconna?tre celle ci… et pas la première fois qu’elle me met de mauvaise humeur le matin , svp changez de fournisseur ). D’ailleurs les capsules de café n’ont pas été renouvelées pour la seconde nuit . Sinon les taxis mettent un peu de temps à arriver (15mn en basse saison qu’est ce que ce doit être sinon). Tout le reste parfait : - petit déjeuner , parking, restaurant, bar, piscine ( magique )

Gut sind die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Qualit?t der Speisen sowohl des Frühstücks als auch des à la carte-Restaurants, die Lage ! Schlecht ist der Kaffee aus den Automaten, gew?hnungsbedürfig die kahlen Zimmerg?nge und die abweisende farbliche Gestaltung der Fassade. Für den Pool sollte man entscheidende Ersatzteile im Vorrat haben, sonst ist es ein Eiswasserpool.

A wonderful hotel- lovely atmosphere. The staff on reception are so helpful. I liked the location as I hired a car- parking was easy (car park or near park) and it was near the roads out of Puerto so very easy to navigate. Teide facing room was lovely. They put a fridge and kettle in on request. Pool was a little chilly although it was heated. Sunbeds- plenty. Breakfast was fantastic. So helpful at giving me a breakfast at 06:00 am on one day. I scored it 4 only because I found the half board dinner a little bland and not to my liking. This is purely personal however and everyone seemed to really enjoy it. The salad bar was lovely. I will return but will stay bed and breakfast next time. Felt v comfortable as a solo traveller.

?lteres Geb?ude aber modern und praktisch renoviert. Wirklich sauber und die Familie steckt darüber hinaus ihre spürbare Liebe als Hotelier in den Garten. So ein supergepflegtes Ambiente ist sehr selten. Zimmer sind sch?n renoviert mit gro?er bodentiefen Dusche. Frühstück ist gut und wird auf einer sehr sch?nen Au?enterasse serviert! Am Abendessen kann man noch arbeiten. Das Hotel und der angrenzende Park ist auch mobilit?tseingrschr?nkt zu bew?ltigen. Ins Stadtzentrum mit vielen sch?nen Restaurants ist es nicht so weit aber es sind ca. 300 H?henmeter zu überwinden. Unkomplizierter hoteleigener Parkplatz ebenso verfügbar.

Loved the Hotel. Room was perfect, the staff were nice, the food was good and the gardens and adjoining park were beautiful. On a health kick, so the walk into and from the resort was good for me too. Taxi works also if you have mobility issues or can’t be bothered. The main and neighbouring restaurant were nice and the service was excellent. The staff are a credit to the Hotel! There is some building noise nearby, I believe this ends in November but it didn’t bother me and I like to sleep as I sunbathe. Oh pool was nice to swim in too. A quality, family run hotel that was actually so much nicer to stay in than an impersonal 5 star All inclusive. Special thanks to Katja on reception who was very helpful and super efficient and helped me organise so Island tours with ease. Would definitely return and recommend it. Well done guys!

H?tel qui présente toutes les qualités : prestations exceptionnelles , service attentionné et aimable , repas savoureux et variés en demi-pension , chambres et suite vastes et très calmes dont certaines avec double vue sur l'océan et le Teide. Parc splendide qui entoure l'h?tel , et localisation parfaite pour visiter Tenerife. Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Great location. Comfortable rooms with great views. magnificent gardens with a dozen type of palmtrees. Superb breakfast and attentive staff in this mid sized family run hotel. Heated outside pool. Highly recommended.
