Guest：Pretty good stay at Tigaiga! Beautiful location, spacious room though outdated; was tricky to figure out the heat and lights, my wi-fi didn't work and took 3 attempts of speaking w/ staff to get it to work; breakfast was great - tons of fresh fruit, plant-based milk, something for everybody; live local music on Saturday; and the restaurant staff were inconsistent w/ the service.: 2026-01-01

Guest：My 6th stay in this lovely hotel. This time I was alone and wondering if I had made the right decision to go back to somewhere with so many happy memories of my late husband. However, it was absolutely the right thing to do. The hotel is so welcoming and friendly, most of the staff are the same as on previous visits. It felt like a home from home. The rooms are very comfortable, the gardens are beautiful and there are amazing views of the sea and Mount Teide. I really hope I'll be able to go back again next winter.: 2025-03-01

Guest：The hotel is very clean and set in a beautiful garden with a good sized pool. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The family who run the hotel ensure that standards are maintained . We were particularly impressed with the assistance given to older guests . The variety of foods on offer at breakfast were impressive and no matter what time you ate there was still plenty to choose from.
