The location of the hotel is near by the Vitosha park. You can reach it by the airport with the underground and then 1km walk. Downtown is 4 underground stops away. The hotel is quite big, with gymn, sauna, 2 restaurants, a recreational area. Rooms are large enough. However, the cleaning might be improved (carpeting also in the bathroom and not really clean...). I was in a group and each had some minor issues to be asked for (blanket, kettle, tea in the room yes but not coffee...). Breakfast is ok but again, a toaster might have been appreciated and it is a minor stuff. It could be a good choice in case you have to work at the Technical University, just close by.
