Guest：The location of the hotel is near by the Vitosha park. You can reach it by the airport with the underground and then 1km walk. Downtown is 4 underground stops away. The hotel is quite big, with gymn, sauna, 2 restaurants, a recreational area. Rooms are large enough. However, the cleaning might be improved (carpeting also in the bathroom and not really clean...). I was in a group and each had some minor issues to be asked for (blanket, kettle, tea in the room yes but not coffee...). Breakfast is ok but again, a toaster might have been appreciated and it is a minor stuff. It could be a good choice in case you have to work at the Technical University, just close by.: 2024-02-01

Guest：Very nice hotel, with a very good breakfast. The staff was normal, the location is not the best for walking people, because the closest metro station is about 15 minutes walking and with big bags is not the best. The surrounding area is nice, super view to the Vitosha Mountain, and big, nice room.: 2024-09-01

Guest：The hotel was decent, with friendly and very helpful bar staff. The room was comfortable, although the shower tended to be cold in the evening. I found the lack of a rubbish bin in the room inconvenient, and there was no Wi-Fi in the room. The food at the restaurant was great, though breakfast was quite basic. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, with a 15-minute walk to the Musagenitsa metro station. Overall, hotel was ok for the price I’ve paid.: 2024-10-01
