No nos dejaron las toallas que necesitabamos, tuvimos que pedirlas, el hotel esta un poco sucio y la entrada tiene aguas residuales, no teniamos internet, nuevamente tuvimos que pedirlo y la recepcionista no era amable

I stayed at Hotel Deluxe in Tirana in June and had a great experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Modern, quiet hotel with a convenient location. A pleasant stay I would definitely recommend.

Prima ontvangst later in de nacht door late vlucht. Even vriendelijk ontvangen en welkomstdrankje. Ontbijt prima maar standaard en dat is niet erg! Elke dag leuke lieve obers verse koffie geen probleem, extra melk, extra worst (i.p.v. bacon) ons ontbijt was top en met de groentes en fruit was het echt oké Ook 's avonds in de bar geen probleem om wat te bestellen! Het hotel ligt buiten de stadsring( centrum) met een huurauto of taxi is de afstand prima te doen. Maar zelf een auto rijden (ik als vrouw) heb dit overgelaten aan mijn man.....hij had stalen ballen ik niet! Het hotel ligt net even te ver van het centrum om te lopen maar het hotel regelt graag alles voor je. Het diner in het hotel was ook helemaal oké. Voor Albani? een goed hotel en hebben wij echt een prima verblijf gehad!

The bed had a large stain on the mattress with a felt pad covering it ….it was digusting. The room was outdated and worn ..the manager said it was due to the age of the building but it was clearly due to negligence on the hotel upkeep. The carpets also were filthy and stained The staff was awesome and very friendly and it had a nice reception area My friends had to switch rooms due to no hot water …I would not stay here again due to the negligence of upkeeping the rooms and the dirty conditions of the rooms

Las instalaciones se veian muy bien, solo que tuvi.os la oportunidad de probarlas, solo la habitacion que ofrece lo necesario.

Ideally located for the old town and access to the harbour for day trips. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when asking for restaurant recommendations.
