Everything about this hotel is perfect including the location. It is quiet, clean and comfortable!

It was a nice clean place to stay, but the beds were firm and we found the pillows lumpy and hard. If something did not work right they tried to fix it right away. close to everything 10 to 15 minutes to walk to town or to Guayabitos

The hotel was lovely, loved the floor tiles and bathroom tiles. Extremely clean, friendly helpful employees. Would stay there again 2 issues - that probably would have been corrected had we stayed more than 1 night. 1. The toilet seat creaked everytime you sat down, in the middle of the night we woke each other up 2. The bed had a plastic mattress cover that made noises everytime you moved and the bed was too hard for us. But if you like hard beds you would love it

The bathroom was slightly dirty with trash on the floor and a hair in the shower but everything else was fine.

Room was clean, furniture and headboard were worn and the material was flaking off. Bottled water was in the room, but cost $7. Kind of tacky to charge for bottled water in my opinion. Parking was also $40 for one night. Overall the stay was pleasant, hotel was quiet and clean. The entrance and lobby are beautiful. I would stay again. Just wouldn’t opt for paid parking again and would bring a case of water.

Room was fairly clean staff was friendly and helpful the pool was very nice

The rules need to be set and all guests need to be treated the same. We were told we couldn’t have a speaker to listen to music the next day a bus full of people arrived and they had a speaker the dize of a suit case by the pool and no one stopped them. The next day I took my small 6 inch speaker out to the pool and was took to turn it off. I was very upset

The staff where very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and i used the bar fridge to keep my beverage’s cold

Super cute & clean the only complaint I had was the heat didn’t get warm enough so I was chilly. 10/10 would stay again.
