We really enjoyed our stay—it was quiet, and we were able to get a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the convenience of checking in and out online and leaving a tip digitally; it saved time and made the whole process smoother. Being able to send a text message if we needed anything was also a great feature. We also liked the location—it worked well for us. The only thing we would have preferred is a higher-mounted shower instead of the hand-held type in our room. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Why do I feel that best western plus is actually best western minus? I’ve stayed in 4 BW hotels this week, 2 standard and 2 Plus…. I get breakfast in the standard ones but not the Plus. Admittedly the Vines was modern, clean and comfortable, I just feel a bit hard done by.

Hey there, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We totally get where you're coming from—it's definitely a bit confusing when some Best Westerns include breakfast and others don't. The reason we don’t offer complimentary breakfast here is because we have a full-service restaurant on site that’s open for breakfast (and it’s pretty great, if we may say so ourselves!).Hotels that do include breakfast usually don’t have that kind of dining setup, so it's kind of a tradeoff. That said, we're really glad to hear you found the Vines clean, modern, and comfortable. Hopefully we can welcome you back sometime—and maybe you’ll give our restaurant’s breakfast a try!Safe travels!
