酒店工作人员服务态度都非常好。但我要吐槽的是酒店房间的拖鞋质量太差了，不防滑。11月17日入住当晚，我很不幸地在房间客厅滑了一跤，撞在了浴缸上！ 那一瞬间我耳朵都失聪了！好半天都无法起来！ 因担心会伤到骨头，我要求酒店派人陪我去医院急诊。 CT的结果説没有内伤，只有挫伤，建议静养。这是星期一晚上发生的意外。
到了星期三，我感觉不太对劲，几乎无法正常行走，右侧胸下的肋骨感觉时不时地回滑动。忍到了星期四下午，我从徐州回到了居住地江阴。到江阴高铁站时，我老公推着轮椅来接我，直接去了中医院挂了专家门诊。医生当场就怀疑肋骨骨折，于是再次做了CT，主要扫描肋骨那块。CT的结果是2根肋骨骨折。
自上次意外发生到今天已经将近3周了，我还没有恢复正常状态。
强烈建议酒店更换目前的一次性拖鞋！ 我订了两个房间， 另外一个房间是我哥哥和他同学住的，他们俩都有被拖鞋差一点滑倒的经历，都在吐槽拖鞋不防滑。
我还想吐槽的是酒店的浴缸不应该装在洗手间的外面，太容易出事了。

Everyone was so helpful and polite. Most staff spoke English, and those who didn't or who were not confident were able to use phone translators quickly and effectively. The room was wonderfully clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with our air conditioning, but this was resolved quickly.
The food in the Hamsa restaurant was amazing, and the breakfast buffet had a. wonderful mix of Western and Asian food.

●The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were always available to assist with any requests.
●The hotel offered a fitness center, pool, and spa, which I found very convenient during my stay. The gym equipment was top-notch.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The food was well-prepared and presented, making it a delightful start to the day.
●The hotel is located in a central area, easy to access restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions.
●Overall, my stay at this hotel was exceptional. The comfort, service, and facilities made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

环境一流服务非常好也很好，地下停车场非常大，停车方便，门口步行就是滨湖公园，云龙湖北大堤，环境宜人，目前徐州最好的酒店了，没有之一。早餐也很棒，应有尽有，品种繁多，非常适合商务度假休闲，下比还会再来

酒店是新开的，各种设施齐全，圣诞节到了，带着宝宝们去吃自助餐，酒店的服务态度非常好，布置也特别的漂亮！一次还会选择

酒店位置特别好，就在云龙湖边上，特别是湖景房，在房间里就能看到整个湖面，酒店的服务也很好，尤其是礼宾部的Charles和穿红衣服的小哥哥，服务非常周到，值得推荐，以后还会选择[强][强][强]

双床房，床是1.38米宽，睡的比较宽敞，床软硬度合适，不算太软。床品还可以。加床的话要另外付钱，好像两三百。早餐还是比较丰富的。有地下停车场，交通方便。旁边就是湖，风景不错。整体还是不错的，服务也不错。
