Jewel palm beach must have the friendliest staff in all of Punta Cana! As soon as you arrive, the security verifies our booking at the front gate. Then as you drive up to the lobby entrance, the men that help you with your luggage greet you with smiles and warmth. The same friendly energy is felt all throughout the resort. The rooms could use some updates and remodeling but the friendly staff, sense of security, beautiful grounds, beach access, peaceful ambiance, fun entertainment and yummy food make it all well worth a visit! My family had to leave the resort we originally booked at because it was unsafe, dirty and absolutely horrible. Thankfully Jewel had vacancies on such short notice and we were able to book a room the very same day for the rest of our trip. We met guests that had stayed there before. One guy told us he had stayed at the jewel over 20 times! We definitely recommend this resort and look forward to returning as well!

My stay was from September 8-15. Only after checking in did I find out that out of 6 restaurants only 2 were available for dinner per night.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Upgraded to Club Level and exceptionally pleased with the service from all staff. Only two downsides were: Bars all closed at 24:00 so it was off to the room if you wanted extra Food was a let down. A special shout out to Daniela in the Club Lounge reception who was fantastic in all counts.

It was our first time vacationing at Jewel Palm Beach and it was a pleasure the staff is very warm and welcoming.

My name is Jason Monteiro. I was a guest there from September 4 through September 9. My room number was 4305. I booked this through JetBlue vacations as an anniversary trip for me and my wife of six years together for 12 I am 57 years old, survived the stroke a blood clot in my lungs, so we was both looking forward to it because of our anniversary, which I did let JetBlue know at the time of booking only to show up at our room with no anniversary sign like the five or six other rooms that I seen on the same floor not a good way for a vacation to start. Grounds are beautiful and cleanliness of our room was outstanding. Here where it goes different 1st)our free transfers never got us for return trip so we had to take a taxi and pay(extra) the same company for the transfers met us on day 2 to schedule the p/u for the last day and to book a trip to Saona Island(good trip). So to be left hanging is unacceptable considering the price of $1685.00. 2nd) this was our 1st time I can remember either a cruise or all inclusive resort and feeling hungry 85% of the time. I don’t expect white glove service or grey poupon style, but being served POWDERED JUICE for breakfast and running out bacon at an all inclusive. You have to say that’s not cool. 3rd) Looked forward to the buffet, NOPE. It was never open for dinner, only breakfast and lunch. So if a paying guest doesn’t like only the restaurants(only 3 a night) then I was calling room service with a limited menu I understand. We made the best of the situation talking to other guests, I do wanna give a big thanks to Willey and Nomar friendliest bartenders. Both have attitudes and passionate in their jobs, to bad the rest of the workers looked like they couldn’t be bothered or even smile. There was about 5-6 staff that actually conversed with us. I am writing this because I’ve called jet blue everyday since we return to work out some compensation for the unfortunate situation on our wedding anniversary vacation. So I’m hoping you have the compassion to rectify this please. All jet blue would offer $150 travel credit. It’s not even a quarter of what I paid. I don’t expect a full refund, (that would outstanding) something closer to half. Please consider this request, jet blue would need some information if you are able to assist me with this matter. Trust me we live check to check over here so to save almost a year for this trip and have it turn out the way it. I truly would give Punta Cana another chance this was our 1st time there. Beautiful resort! Spacious room and nice friendly staff all over. Definitely plan to book again food at the French restaurant was very flavorful an delicious. The layout of the resort is nice an easily accessible to every area of the resort.

Nos fuimos de escapada mi esposa y yo... No nos gustó el camino para llegar allá, malo, lleno de hoyos y baches. Al principio no nos gustó, tuvimos un problema al entrar, no nos dejaban entrar disque por un problema que hubo con la lista, el seguridad se puso bruto y no llamaba a Recepción, en fin... Al final logramos entrar. La fachada o estilo del hotel, un poco antigua, nada moderno y estábamos un poco desencantados al inicio pero no seguiré hablando de detalles malos porque no quisiera opacar lo que diré a continuación: Las atenciones en general del personal son excelentes: Bar, recepción, piscina, etc. LA COMIDA: - No era muy variado el menú, pero todo estaba muy bueno. - Los restaurantes temáticos japonés, mexicanos el de la playa, todos excelentes, buenísimos y de primera. Definitivamente, volveremos nuevamente

Nous avons énormément voyagé, Et ici ce fut un échec… Par quoi commencer Les chambres anciennes et ab?mées notamment les salles de bain, les produits comme gel, douche , shampooing , serviettes pas ré approvisionné, obligé de courir toujours après. Jamais de variation au niveau du buffet c’est répétitif tous les jours, les mêmes sortes de poissons Principal en 15 jours, nous avons bu seulement une fois des frites à la grande déception des enfants, Jamais de chocolat à tartiner le matin au petit déjeuner Le personnel très désagréable, hormis quelques exceptions sur le doigt de la main pas de spectacle tous les soirs… Et j’en passe, mais je m’arrêterai là ! Pour un h?tel familial, très décevant Un grand Merci a Milian du kids club qui était toujours très souriante, et pleine de bonnes ondes Francis de la conciergerie qui donne toute son énergie pour le bon fonctionnement de cet h?tel. Cristian le superviseur pour la restauration toujours très dévoué ! Pour tout le reste beaucoup à revoir….

Me gustó muchísimo este hotel, la habitación muy linda, cerca de la playa y piscina, reservamos en club level y fue lo mejor que hicimos, vale totalmente la pena, destacó la limpieza, lo bien cuidado de la propiedad, la amabilidad y servicio del personal. Me encanta la disponibilidad de chaise longue en la playa y piscina, En general, todos nos sentimos muy bien y no nos queríamos ir. Pero si pensamos regresar.

Excellent services et bonne nourriture! Les employés sont très gentils Le Club vos la peine. Parce que malheureusement les boissons et liqueurs sont plus diluées au endroits hors club. Les chambres sont très vieilles, qui font un gros contraste avec le reste, mais propres. On ne peut pas ajuster l'air climatisé de la chambre. Confortables quand même avec le ventilateur au plafond. Végétation luxuriante sur le site. Les piscines on les trouvait trop chaudes. On à passé du bon temps à la plage et dans la mer, malgré un peu d'algue à l'entrée de l'eau.
