The dining area felt more like a canteen than a 5 star hotel and the staff were not very attentive, you had to wait ages to even get a glass of water. Our room was upgraded (as there was an electrical fault in our original room).

Sch?ne Zimmer, Essen okay, sch?ner Strand, sehr freundliches Personal. Aber es ist all inclusive - daher eher gute 4 als 5 Sterne (aufgrund der st?ndig erforderlichen Verfügbarkeit ist z.B. die Essenqualit?t gut aber nicht hervorragend, es gibt natürlich auch Schlangestehen usw.). Aber alles in allem ein sehr sch?nes Hotel!

Im Angebot alinklusiv war in allen Restaurants und Bars jeweils nur ein weiss, rosé oder Rotwein zu haben. Und leider waren die nicht wirklich unser Geschmack....In der Wein Bar habe es zwar eine Auswahl allerdings erst ab 18 Uhr und Zutritt nur ohne Kinder....Die Speisen in allen Restaurants waren OK. Mehr aber auch nicht. Kein Restaurant hatte Sitzpl?tze zu drau?en Sitzen....und drin viele Leute und Laut.

The basics were handled well: the food, snacks, and drinks were GOOD overall, though it can be confusing to figure out which outlet serves what at times. The air conditioning worked reliably and the bedding was comfortable. However, service and facilities left much to be desired. The shared pool Jacuzzi functions were out of order, and service consistently missed the mark. Food shortages occurred—like a certain item running out at the BBQ station two hours before closing—which is simply unacceptable for this price point. Consistency is an issue: welcome amenities varied drastically depending on who managed the check-in, based on clear observations of other arriving guests. Charging €20–€35 for late check-out at a supposedly five-star hotel is disappointing, regardless of the amount. On the culinary side, the Italian à la carte and Steakhouse experiences were good, but the so-called Italian Brunch was a letdown: the menu descriptions did not match the served food, which was BLAND and of poor quality. Bottom line: for the rates charged, especially compared to other local resorts, these issues are unacceptable and fall farrrrr short of five-star standards.

Absolutely everything about our stay was first class. The hotel was exceptional, the food in all restaurants, including buffet was fantastic. So much choice. The staff were also all wonderful. We had a superior double sea front with shared private pool and we could not fault anything about it. We even had the delightful Marina bringing us drinks all day around the pool, she was a delight. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Really amazing all inclusive resort. We had an amazing time. The Greek restaurant was by far the best. The beach was beautiful.

Excellent hotel pour familles L'hotelbest tres adapté pour les familles. Il est tres récemment rénové, les lits sont confortables. La nourriture et très bonne et variée, nous sommes restés 10 jours en aout sans qu'il n'y ait eu trop de répétition au buffet principal. Le restaurant asiatique et les pizzas en bord de mer le midi sont excellents. Spectacles tous les soirs sans que ca soit trop tardif ou bruyant.
