As you mentioned, the conditions on the east side of the bay can differ from the west side due to natural tidal flow and other environmental factors. Our primary mode of communication with all our international guests is English, which is widely considered the global central language. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience. We do provide buggy service for transportation within the resort due to its hillside layout. While we encourage clear communication with our team, we regret if language barriers presented challenges in arranging this service.We do offer late check-out, subject to availability on the day of departure and based on hotel occupancy. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, you may be eligible for enhanced benefits, including potential late check-out. We encourage you to explore the benefits of membership for future stays.We would like to clarify that there is a 7-Eleven located approximately 1 kilometer from the resort, offering convenience for basic necessities. Additionally, guests can easily utilize various food and grocery delivery applications available in Phuket for added convenience.Regarding your summary and comparison to the InterContinental in Koh Samui, we understand your expectations based on your previous positive experience with a similar branded property. We are disappointed that The Westin Siray Bay did not meet those expectations, particularly concerning the beach conditions. We acknowledge that different locations have unique characteristics, and comparing beaches across regions may not always be appropriate.
