Ci dispiace che il soggiorno non sia stato di suo gradimento, se avesse prenotato direttamente presso la struttura e non su booking ( in quanto la tariffa di 15 Euro è quella per i soli clienti booking che prenotano senza colazione) avrebbe potuto avere la colazione inclusa ad un prezzo decisamente più vantaggioso dato che booking prende una commissione di vendita che noi rigiriamo sul cliente essendo lui che sceglie il portale per prenotare invece della prenotazione diretta, e magari a quel punto la qualità prezzo avrebbe anche forse rispecchiato le sue aspettative. Riguardo la scarsezza del buffet crediamo che 50 prodotti sia dolci che salati escluse le bevande calde e fredde siano ben più di una scarsissima scelta. L'impiattamento della cena rispecchia lo stile di cucina scelto dal nostro chef ovvero una cucina rustica e casereccia con piatti, della tradizione trentina/montana, italiana e di cucina internazionale, come li cuncina la mamma o la nonna in casa. Ci fa piacere abbia apprezzato la nostra sauna, l'unica parte della nostra zona salute che ha bisogno impellente di modernizzazione e verrà infatti cambiata terminata la stagione invernale, poi certamente vi sono alcuni altri lavoretti perlopiù estetici che sono anche in programma al termine dell'ormai corrente stagione.

We do thank you for the review, we do appreciate you exposed your view of facts so we will now do the same with ours and readers can make up their mind on their own, hoping they read both review and response to the end. Let’s start thanking you for the compliments on the food, and that basically was it with the good parts for us too. On your first night we received complaints from other guests that in 2 of your rooms it was quite noisy until late at night, same occurred midweek but as at midnight the noise stopped we told nothing. Now let us talk about the ski room equipment, the ski boot racks are designed to fit all adult boots starting by a size 35 up to a size 46 which they do without any problems, the temperature is set to never go over 35 degrees, so thermo formed boots will not get any damage in their thermo formation and as the driers are running the whole night the perfectly do their job which is to dry the boots and not actually to warm them, as to the smell well yes it can happen that there will be some smell but to be honest in more than 40 years we never had anyone complaining. About the ski racks we really do not understand the problem as they are the same ones ski rentals and or many huts and restaurants use. As we explained to your "group leader " the pool and jacuzzi are set by the manufacturer to ensure the optimal desinfection which means also the temperature setting, which is respectively 29 degrees the pool and 32 degrees the whirlpool with a tolerance of +- 0.5 degrees, no one told about Italian laws but only about manufacturer rules/indication which we do follow according to our filtration and desinfection system, most hotels in the are close their spa arear between 6.30 and 7.30 max 8.00 to ensure daily cleaning and also to make sure guests arrive in acceptable times for dinner service. We are a bit surprised about the little choice on our breakfast buffet which including drinks features about 50 different sweet and savoury items on the buffet including breads bakery jams cheese cold cuts fruit cereals dairy products and more plus a selection of on order freshly egg variations or freshly made juices (both on charge), most of the bakery items are homemade. Our thermostat is definitely not a mock-up but as we explained someone of your group the base setting, obviously done by the reception staff, is 20 degrees as soon as you enter the room and put your keycard into the reader, further guests can lower or raise the temperature whiten the range of 22 degrees max and 17 degrees min in every room, our public areas are all set to 20 degrees and also here the tolerance is +- 0,5 degrees both in rooms and public areas, only exception is the pool area in which we have a set temperature of 30 degrees with the already mentioned tolerance. As we remember the problem with your food on first evening was not bringing the wrong amount but people not reminding what they have chosen and taking the food of someone else of the group and yes
