Guest:The most important part is at the bottom of the review. Read it all. Ive never experienced such a thing in a hotel. For starters i must say the food was above average (very fine for the price given), the room quality was good and the amenities were okay but thats about it with the good parts. We travelled in a group of 18 people and stayed for a week for a ski trip. First of all the ski room was poorly equipped. The ski boot racks were too big and barely warm, there was little to know AC so the whole room smelled pretty badly. The ski racks were also small and unfit for the modern ski shape. Second of all the pool area was alright having a dry and wet sauna although the dry sauna was small and the doors were leaking a lot of heat out. The pool itself had good temperature and powerful massage water jets. The jacuzzi on the other hand had an almost unacceptably low temperature. The water was barely warm making the whole experience not very “jacuzzi like”. After politely asking the staff to turn up the heat we were told that it’s the Italy’s laws that allegedly prohibit hotels from having warm water in the jacuzzi. Overall it was okay though the opening times were only till 6.30 pm. The dinners overall were very fine, tasted very homelike and i must say i liked it a lot. Breakfasts on the other hand had little choice of what to eat. The hotel rooms were very fine although the thermostat was just a mockup (the heating was controlled by the staff). The worst of all was the staff. They caused chaos in the kitchen and blamed it all on the guests. For ex. we ordered certain meals and after bringing the wrong amount we were told to be careful next time we pick our food. We were also yelled at for taking glasses to our rooms even tho we weren’t provided with any in our rooms. One of us got hair in her food and got no apology whatsoever. One of the staff ladies (likely the manager though I’m not sure) brought water bottles as we asked and one of us in a polite and respectful manner said in polish “dzi?kuj? ciociu” which basically means “thank you aunt” after which the lady threw the bottles and started yelling at him. She said something about understanding polish and the rest was inaudible for me. When she was leaving though she yelled “vaffanculo” which means “f… off” in english, “spierdalaj” in polish (essentially very rude swearwords). It’s absolutely unacceptable and we did not get any apology whatsoever. We all understand the fact she may have had a bad day but she should have at least tried to solve the situation differently and apologize for being so rude. The man at the reception tho is very nice and friendly and spoke english very good. The hotel wouldve gotten 3 stars if not for the “vaffanculo”. Im not planning to visit again but its good value for money.

Torneremo.
