Room was large and clean. No microwave in the room. Bed and couch were comfortable. Not a lot of storage in the room for clothing. Parking was super easy. Ice machines only on floor 3&5.

Room was very nice and spacious. Loved the separate sitting area and large TV. Very comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. Location was great with easy on /off the Interstate.

We stayed one night and while the staff was wonderful, the parking/location easy to find and our room clean, there was no heat in our room and the remote didn't work (even after changing batteries). We didn't find out about the heat until the middle of the night, we told the staff the next morning and they offered a new room and sent maintenance in right away. The breakfast was solid.

Hotel staff was friendly and were very accommodating. The hotel close to whatever you need from fuel to food and shopping.

The staff was nice and patient. I asked for extra towels and they offered to deliver. We then had a tv that didn't work and the front desk woman checked the tv in another room for us before assisting us with moving. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options and plenty of room to sit comfortably.

Unfortunately, yes..the rooms are very dates, the smell of an old, you can feel it all over the place. It really needs either a deep cleaning , but better - remodeling. Front desk staff is great. Fatima is amazing ?? Pool area needs attention as well. And, the bugs, in the room and elevator. We wanted to order some food, , only burgers out of the whole menu was available. Breakfast- okay. Will not recommend.

The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast area and lobby were very clean and my son loved the waffles. The room was comfortable and appeared clean, but there seemed to be a slight bug problem. We found lady bugs, flys, and spiders in our bathroom area.

James our desk attendant during our stay was extremely professional and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. He was attentive and greeted us each day. Breakfast was nice and hot. We appreciate the glass plates, cups, and bowl during the breakfast, elevating the complimentary breakfast. 24/7 access to the gym was clutch
