This is a great hotel. Brand new facility, spacious rooms and nice dining options. Great views of the city and outdoor lounge and pool also had great city views. Central location downtown. Helpful staff. A top tier Marriott property and a great value using points

I had a really good time here. I won't lie. It is expensive though I won't lie with the valet and the restaurant. But overall, it's a good experience. The room and view were really nice. Was in town for 1 night for the Gregory Porter concert. Great experience there as well. It was my birthday, and the complimentary drinks they had delivered to my room were superb. Front Desk agents were perfect in getting an extra blanket for me after midnight. Definitely not used to that from lower hotels. Carmine Pizza right next door wasn't bad either. I am looking forward to my next stay. 2 thumbs up

Loved staying at this hotel. It is very nice and kept very clean. The Montage restaurant is really good and the food is amazing. The bar is great if you just want to do a happy hour. The Staff is excellent and very attentive. They are also very friendly and very helpful. It is close to Klyde Warren park, Dallas museum district and a lot of top Dallas attractions like American Airlines Center, the symphony, and Dallas Museum of Art. The rooms are super clean and have great views of downtown Dallas. It is perfect for a staycation also if you want to spend a weekend in the city.

I find it rather ridiculous and sad that the hotel could not confirm a connecting room for an Ambassador Bonvoy member traveling with a younger child. The hotel by own admission is not busy at all. Why not provide the service Hilton and Hyatt do? What’s more, lesser Marriott properties will extend this courtesy. Time for a change to common sense and market conditions.

I flew in from Tampa, FL and decided to go to the JW “Vincent’s Skybar”. Elijah was a great person for the bar. He made great drinks and engaged in conversation the whole night. He was able to manage the entire deck with just himself for most of the night as well. I definitely recommend asking for him when visiting.

You can walk to American Airlines Center from the JW Marriott Dallas. The members lounge is exceptional. Rooftop pool with bar is beautiful. We slept great because the AC was quiet, and the shades were dark. Beautiful hotel with excellent service! There are five good restaurants within one block from the JW. Book here and you’ll be pleased.

Staff very friendly. Room caters to one only. Only one Biscoff cookie. One robe, one pair of slippers. Snack /coffee shop: food disappointing. Possibly consider daily French bakery delivery instead. Pool area relaxing and peaceful at 3pm or 6:30am , the small waterfall adds to it. Lovely atmosphere. The city lights twinkle in the evening and early am.
