The most important hotel information was HIDDEN within "QR" codes. Hotel Information was NOT available if you don't possess a 'smart' phone... e.g. Simple things like a microwave oven and ice had to be requested from the front desk.

The staff was superb… always kind and accommodating..this was one of the best hotel stays I have had in a very long time.

The place was a top-tier hotel, absolutely beautiful. Staff was wonderful and hotel was spotless.

I attended the LeadHer Summit hosted by Dr. Tiffany Moon at the JW Marriott, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and cared for. The event spaces were beautiful, the food and service were top-tier, and every detail was thoughtfully executed. You could truly feel the JW team’s commitment to excellence throughout the weekend. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone hosting a luxury event or conference in Dallas!

Great location,, extremely clean and comfortable. Definitely better than most JW Marriott I've been to. The elevator situation was a bit weird. but otherwise 10/10

The hotel is brand new. The rooms are stylish and very spacious. The staff is warm and welcoming. I only stayed one night but had a pleasant stay.

This is easily one of my favorite JW locations. The hotel is in an excellent spot, just a short distance from Highland Park and within walking distance of several great restaurants. I stayed on the 20th floor—my room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. I also attended a work event held on the 11th and 12th floors, and the catered food exceeded expectations. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely return.

非常不值得这么贵的酒店。打电话问游泳池是不是恒温的，酒店回覆説是，结果去了不是的，带着孩子就是为了游泳池才定的。付费的早餐还不如普通假日酒店的早餐丰富。房间也很小，酒店也没啥别的设施了。

Great newer property in Central Dallas with close proximity to museums and restaurants. Large M Club open on weekends and a very cool pool and patio area with great views of Dallas skyline. John M, Room Control, has gone above and beyond to accommodate my ever changing travel schedule.
