The room, the food, the staff all very good!! Great location and a lot of great restaurants around. The local beach wasn’t great but an easy day trip to an island near by was AMAZING!! Don’t walk in certain areas as someone tried to steal my necklace but I made sure he didn’t get it. Onto the right outside the hotel and you’re fine. Don’t go left!!

Great location, breakfast was good and many options. The hotel is clean and central to many tourist spots. There’s a restaurant onsite too.

Room faced what looks like an office building and there were a few minor inconveniences: can’t control air from your room so Maintence has to change it, the door to outside was unlocked when I got in my room so Maintence had to come show me how to lock it, breakfast took an hour to deliver one morning, room service was pretty slow, bottled water was astronomically expensive, my key stopped working one day BUT food was pretty good, staff was attentive for the most part, pool and hotel was gorgeous!!

El hotel es hermoso por donde lo miren , la comida muy buena y el desayuno que es lo que incluye la estadía es muy bueno , también tiene una carta adicional sin costo espectacular , la atención es fantástica , gente educada y muy amable , instalaciones hermosas y muy limpias , el personal de la piscina y el bar increíblemente atentos , todo vale la pena

El hotel es divino y la comida muy rica. Rentamos 3 cuartos mis amigas y yo y en 2 de ellos nunca funcionó bien el AC porque no se puede controlar el termostato del cuarto, incluso nos cambiaron de cuarto y en el nuevo tampoco servía. En otro cuarto nunca hubo agua caliente. Y el comentario del concierge diciéndonos que “el AC es un lujo en Cartagena” nos pareció totalmente inapropiado siendo que estamos pagando por un hotel 5 estrellas.

El hotel es precioso! Las instalaciones son excelente. La habitación algo peque?a para un hotel de esta categoría, pero con lo más esencial para estancias cortas. Lo mejor? El desayuno! Es de otro nivel! Croissant de almendra, huevos perfectos y un sabor muy intenso, recomendable!!! El personal muy servicial y atento. Nota 10 por ellos. Está a las puertas de Getsemaní pero no se escucha nada de la fiesta afuera en la calle, a media manzana. Por resaltar algo negativo: la puerta del ba?o no se cierra del todo y el aire acondicionado no funciona bien en recepción y salón de desayunos. Volveríamos de ojos cerrados a Osh!!! ??

El hotel es estupendo, limpio y cuidado, buenas instalaciones y una atención excelente. El desayuno del hotel de los mejores que he tenido en Colombia. Volvería a quedarme sin duda.

服务好，热情友善。交通十分便捷。走到钟楼几分路，特别是穿过公园看到许多野生动物，在市区少见。早餐特色捧，除了自助还可以点餐，食物质量高。不足之处，洗脸盆设计有点像洗衣搓板，刷牙时弄的一身水。

The Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or?Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself.?
