The room was very clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. One person who stood out to me was Stacy she was just wonderful, she went above and beyond to make my birthday special. She surprised me with me cake and sang Happy Birthday with the rest of the staff, while me and my partner were having breakfast (super cute) she was just overall a joy to talk to and made my stay feel super at home. Osh Hotel I’ll be back !!

This is a very beautiful hotel. It's in the heart of the city with lots to do around it. Also, it's very close to excursion meeting points and nightlife options. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.

It would be helpful to have more staff fluent in English, as the language barrier created a few challenges during my stay. The food was also somewhat below expectations. However, the staff were courteous, and the property itself is well maintained.

Staff is great. Beautiful property and the room was great. The location was perfect and within walking distance to most activities. The pools were great. The rooftop bar and pool were amazing.

This hotel is top tier. Great service and staff. The atmosphere is resort style while still enjoying the buzz of the city which is literally as you exit the hotel. I will surely visit again.

This place was beyond the expectation. Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, excellent food, good safe location. If we are back to Columbia, this is the place we will be booking again.

Cleanliness was 10/10 and hotel staff catered to every need. The rooms here are really beautiful and the two pool options are great for relaxing.

Sin duda un hotel espectacular, desde la amabilidad del personal, las modernas instalaciones, las experiencias incluidas, hasta el desayuno que puedes pedir a la carta y es la cosa más deliciosa. Recomiendo muchísimo quedarse aquí si quieres un lugar céntrico, pero donde puedas dormir sin ruido y pasártela increíble. Me encantó.

Este es el Mejor hotel q encontré en GETSEMANI su costo es cordial , la atención de todo su personal es súper bueno, los alimentos son deliciosos ! Las habitaciones son muy confortables , tiene acceso a muchos lugares de la ciudad fácilmente ! Lo recomiendo si quieres alguna experiencia en el barrio de Getsemani
