Tillm?tesg?ende personal, n?got ?ldre inredning av rum och mer ett hotell anpassat f?r ?ldre m?nniskor som ?r d?r f?r avkoppling. Skulle inte p?st? att det ?r ett barnanpassat hotell. N?ra till stranden och en mycket trevlig strandbar t?ttintill hotellet som var mycket trevligt.

Ein Security namens ?Lamo“ hat mich um 2000 Dalassi betrogen. Ich wollte eine Freundin mit ins Hotel nehmen, er hat mich informiert ich müsse an der Rezeption entweder 5000 Dalassi zahlen oder ihm direkt 2500. Er hat sich auf 2000 eingelassen, jedoch für seine eigene Tasche, was nicht in Ordnung ist.

We would like to apologise that this happened at our hotel and we would like to assure you this is very uncommon situation at our hotel, the matter has been thoroughly dealt with and the staff in question has been reprimanded according to staff rules. However I would to further add that bringing in outside guest has a procedure and should be done through the main gate and reception.This is a cost of only 1200 Dalasis. Our back gate is closed late at night and this is the time you attempted to use it. Not sticking to procedures of the hotel is the main cause of this incident. Therefore we would appreciate if guests stick to rules for their own safety

It was ok there wasnt many choices of food at there restaurant the market and beach were very close shower were very dangerous ?? as it goes down when you step in my husband fell but thank god he was ok

The location is lovely but the place is old, tired, with clueless staff bar one (I believe Suliman - begins with an S - he was wonderful!). The Standard rooms have no AC and despite saying a fan is included (it was in the ******* confirmation), they told us we had to pay extra! I have to fight to remove this payment as it was absurd as the rooms are saunas! The deluxe had AC but there were no bedsheets - I had to ask for bedsheets! the extra pillows and cover had hair, dirt and smelled. this was a disgusting accommodation. We only stayed due to price point as was there for work and work was covering but besides that would NEVER set foot there again. Worst place ever.

Room descriptions are clearly stated. And we can asssure you that you were never charged for a fan or attempted to bill you for a fan because this is included in the standard room. We only asked you to upgrade to an Ac room if the fan was unsuitable

Personalen var tillm?tesg?ende. S?ngarna var sk?na. Rummen spartanska och i varierande skick men ?nd? ganska st?mmer v?l in p? bilderna. Renligheten av rummen l?mnade lite att ?nska, kan vara renare ?ven om rummen ?r slitna. Badrummen tycker jag de borde satsat p? att fr?scha med lite nya fogar och sm?fix f?r en lite trevligare upplevelse. L?get vid havet var kanon. Vi var bland de f?rsta g?sterna f?r s?songen och de k?ndes helt of?rberedda p? v?r ankomst, poolen var v?ldigt smutsig, blev b?ttre under veckan men fortfarande ofr?sch.

Ideal hotel and location for the older people or couples, especially the self catering apart-hotels. Very polite and friendly staff. Literally on the beach with easy access to a wide shallow beach. Easy to access bird-watching and creek tours by canoe. Spent a month there and looking forward to going back in November. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!
