Trato del staff horrible, para nada un hotel 5* Habitacion amplia y con vistas preciosas de la playa. Piscina de un tama?o decente y cerca de la playa. Eso es todo lo bueno que podemos decir del sitio. Trato del staff horrible, el buffet estaba bueno pero el primer dia casi ni cenamos porque les dio por ponerse a recoger casi media hora antes de la hora prevista de fin. Nos sentimos agobiados en todo momento para cenar como patos. A pesar de pagar ampliamente por la habitacion. Las tumbonas balinesas y otras de color rojo no estan incluidas en el precio. Tienes que irte a otras que estan incluidad en la habitacion donde practicamente no hay ni espacio. En el desayuno si te descuidas te retiran el plato mientras comes. El staff no habla casi nada de ingles y la estacion que hace comida a la plancha fue incapaz de hacerle una tortilla simple a mi mujer embarazada. A la salida, dijimos que no usamos nada del minibar y nos dijeron que mandaban a alguien a corroborar si era verdad lo que deciamos (nos dijeron eso a nuestra cara). Para flipar, para nada una experiencia 5*, el staff no vale ni para una pension. Tampoco hay nada en el resort, en el de al lado tenian musica en directo etc. En el nuestro solo karaoke 1 vez a la semana!!! No coincidio con nuestra visita. Hay opciones mejores y mas baratas cerca. Nada recomendable!!

das Hotel verdient h?chstes Lob, es ist einfach nur sagenhaft. Es gibt Nichts, aber auch gar Nichts zu bem?ngeln. wir hatten einen total sch?nen Aufenthalt dort und jeder Wunsch wurde uns von den Augen abgelesen und erfüllt. Auch, wenn es ein Snack nachts um 01.00h war. Ich kann und werde das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der wert auf Kompfort und Ruhe legt.

me and my wife had a week at this hotel in june what can i say it was excellent check in was very good every one of the staff was brill clean all through the hotel and grounds we went h/b not a problem with the food just some times it was not as hot as i like it but plenty to go at. rooms very clean bed was very comfortable and the maids where excellent the bathroom was clean but the shower was over the bath and the bath was very deep so trying to get in and out was a struggle. Sunny beach its self is a brill resort its got every thing you need for a top holiday plenty of bars and restaurants at good prices the weather in june was around 28 degree rain once during the day with a good thunder storm to watch we had 7 nights but going next year for 14 nights wont be staying at helena sands not that there is anything with the hotel far from it just we like trying other places.

Beautiful hotel.We stayed a suite on the 3rd floor overlooking the beach and sea.Could not fault the room,cleanliness and grandeur of the lobby area and pool area.The breakfast was amazing with multiple options for all tastes with a friendly surplus of staff.Evening meals was a buffet which again was great while the outside restaurant food was also very good.The free sunbeds on the beach was a 1 minute walk from the pool area.My only gripe was the unconcerned staff when it was mentioned that the private bodyguards with man bags of some hi power/ogliarch/ocg guests made it a point in attempting to Intimadate guests.I overheard 2 teenage guests discussing the thought that the bodyguards looked like they wanted to kill them.When I mentioned this to reception they where nonplussed.Great hotel which should be calming for all guests but obviously money talks so they don't want to upset these people.Shame.

I went here with a friend last week. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are lovely , ours had a bath and shower plus a lovely settee , loads of space and a free safe and also coffee and tea making facilities. The food was plentiful and a good choice . There were 2 sittings for the evening meal and we used to go in at 7 pm . We always felt a bit rushed as the next session started at 8.30pm and we felt the staff were trying to push us to finish, only a little niggle . I was a bit disappointed with the contact email. I sent 2 emails asking for a low floor as I do not like lifts . I never got a reply and ended up on the 4th floor with 62 steps up and down. Fortunately I am fit but this could have been a problem . Plenty of free sunbeds on the beach and also round the pool. Really nice quality beach towels . Everything is pristine, including the beach . Our hotel was a 5 star and I think this was a fair rating having seen some of the other hotels further down the promenade . I wouldn't go back to Bulgaria as I found people generally rude, not in our hotel and as soon as you walked 50 yds down the promenade it was like Magaluf on speed !!

After visiting sunny beach for nearly 30 years and staying in many hotels we chose the Helena Sands as we had 4 special celebrations during our 2 week stay and we're so glad we did. The moment we stepped off the bus we were greeted by Valery the bell boy not at all a boy but a very friendly, efficient and very professional man we knew we had made the right decision. The reception staff were also friendly and efficient and Valery took us to our room on the 7th floor which had beautiful views. The restaurant staff were also excellent especially the dining room manageress. The food was impressive there was so much choice at breakfast and dinner. We were presented with a huge basket of fruit and a bottle of champagne for my birthday and our wedding anniversary on July 3rd lovely thought and thankyou. The pool is lovely and the pool man is friendly once you get to know him. We had a cappuccino every morning at the restaurant by the pool and staff there are also excellent. The maid who cleaned our room was always smiling and the other cleaners always said hello. The hotel itself is beautiful,luxurious and quiet which is exactly what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. The only thing I would like to have seen would be a jug or bottle of water on the table at evening meal but as its not all inclusive it wasn't really a problem as we just bought one. All in all thankyou to everyone of the staff for making our holiday and our celebrations so perfect. I must give a special mention to Valery as he is a real asset to your hotel. Helena Sands is probably the best hotel you can find in Sunny Beach. The rooms are very spacious and clean and decorated with great taste. We went for the half board accommodation and it was an excellent choice. The food was great and very diverse. Even our 3 year old daughter loved the dishes. Unfortunately, the beach isn’t that great. There are only two showers although the hotel has hundreds of rooms and not all sunbeds are for free.

Stay here for 2 week holiday with my husband and son, the hotel is stunning, one of the best looking hotels we have stayed in, the main lobby is plush and the rooms are really good size with plenty of room, with a daily stocked mini bar, although we found a lack of shop in the hotel a little frustrating, we did however find a Aldo supermarket, about 6min walk away out the front of the hotel, get your bottled water there as it’s a fraction of a price than the hotel, the room does have a kettle and the very small sachets of coffee, but no milk, so we bought coffee and milk from Aldo kept the milk in the mini bar. The rooms and cleaned daily and the maids are friendly. Food - we only stayed for bed and breakfast and had no issue with the breakfast selection, plenty of verity, from international, Mediterranean too full English, we went once for the evening meal which was ok, (they didn’t charge us for the main meal only the drinks, we had to inform the reception we only paid for b&b so paid for the meal the next day) I would say the service in the hotel restaurant a bit lacking, you only got served coffee if you asked for it, there did seem to be some preferential treatment for some guests which we did witness throughout our stay at the restaurant and by the pool, so would suggest the hotel review this and provide all the same level of service, although the staff in the restaurant were pleasant enough they weren’t attentive or chatty or some make eye contact, I suppose they want to maintain a type of service however I prefer staff that greet and recognise you and make an effort to make your stay special. If you are only B&B be warned they is no pool snacks, I.e no pizza, burger, chips etc. if you want to eat then you go into the restaurant, we did not do this but would suggest the hotel consider some kind of pool menu, we popped out on the beach a couple of times and got pizzas from the vendors there. There is a pool bar in the fish restaurant, where you can get a drink, beers, spirits etc. this was again where we saw some preferential treatment some guests were waited on, brought their drinks and occasionally food from the restaurant, maybe you need to request this service… the pool was a little cold so refreshing dip after sunbathing, the towel guy is a character, we were a bit worried about him as he seemed unhappy in his job, I only managed to get a smile from him once! But he did a good job of keeping order around the pool and tip don’t put you sun lounger on the grass.. Beach was nice and clean, and there are free loungers for the Helena guests, there is a beach bar for drinks, cash only. Flower street is the main part of sunny beach, which is about 30min walk along the beach, there is a mini train that will take you there and back for 6lev per ride. Should mention the reception staff are really friendly and very helpful, we got a bus outside the hotel to the Marina St Vlas and they gave us the bus schedule, only negative was that w

This hotel is honestly lovely. I’ve come away for a child free week of relaxation and I am getting just that. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, in fact the whole hotel is immaculate, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space, spacious bathrooms with power shower. I’ve booked a sea view room and the view does not disappoint, I have a good sized balcony with a table and chairs and the most stunning view. I’ve got HB and that suits me just fine, lovely breakfast options and the evening menu is delicious, lots of fresh meat and fish being cooked on the grill and lots of fresh salads and vegetables. I’ve also used the spa and wellness centre for the gym and spa facilities. I’ve also had a treatment in their spa which was good. I am considering booking up for 2025 and bringing my little boys during the 6 weeks holidays as they will love both the indoor and outdoor pool and beach. My only grumble is that out of 500+ channels on the TV there are no English speaking channels, but on the plus side it’s forcing me to have a digital detox and just read, so not bad at all. Honestly- this hotel is worth all the stars and more!
