We would also like to address a few of your comments: Our hotel operates as a seasonal summer resort, and therefore the outdoor pool is not heated by design — it is meant to offer refreshment during the hot summer months. For guests who prefer warmer water, we do offer a fully heated indoor pool that is available throughout the season. Regarding the hairdryers, the ones in the rooms meet standard hotel specifications. However, we’re always happy to provide a more powerful one upon request from reception. Similarly, as we understand that mattress firmness is a personal preference, we offer additional mattress toppers to enhance comfort when needed. As for lunch options, we do have an à la carte restaurant available during the day, as well as a beach snack bar offering a variety of light meals and drinks — both designed to meet the needs of guests who wish to dine on-site. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points mentioned in your review: Your original reservation was for a standard room without a sea view, which is located on the south side of the hotel facing the neighboring property. While we understand that noise from that direction may have caused some inconvenience, please note that this neighboring hotel operates independently, and we have no control over their entertainment schedule. That said, their animation program generally complies with local regulations regarding noise and quiet hours. Upon your request, our team offered an upgrade to a sea-view room, and you were informed in advance of the additional charge, which was 200 BGN (approximately 98 EUR), not 200 EUR as stated. The upgrade was provided for the remainder of your stay. Regarding the music from our beach bar, we want to assure you that it is played in full accordance with local noise regulations and within the allowed timeframes. The goal is always to create a pleasant seaside atmosphere for all our guests, not for staff entertainment. We continuously monitor volume levels to ensure they do not interfere with guests’ comfort. As for your comment about the majority of our guests being pensioners — our hotel welcomes visitors of all ages and backgrounds. We strive to maintain a balanced environment that caters to both guests seeking relaxation and those looking for a livelier holiday experience.
