Absolute Empfehlung!
Ein toller Ort um ein paar Tage am Strand zu geniessen. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Diverse Pools…erholsames Ambiente. Tolles Frühstücks-Buffet! Restaurants im Inneren k?nnten etwas mehr Charme/Ambiente haben. Das Asiatische Restaurant hatte leider nicht viel mit asiatischer Küche zu tun. Aber sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt… tolle saubere Zimmer…

Overall great resort, especially if you have children.
The birds at the buffet area are a nightmare, but it compensates with the lovely staff.
Great views from el Lago tower, and pools were fun.

Breakfast and dining buffet was great with many óptimos, the opportunity of use differences towers was fine

Como siempre, muy buen servicio y comodidad. Estan en remodelación pero aun asi, te hacen sentir a gusto y casi pasan por desapercibidas las obras. Muy buena comida y descanso asegurado

The place is so beautiful, people are kind and helpful. however they charge me more on top of what i paid to *******, for ******* had not informed. Also the issue with towels, i think a five star hotel should not be so mean with changing towels

The bed was super comfortable. There were plenty of dining options between all of their properties.

Excelente servicio especialmente a la mesera Janni que con su sonrisa y amabilidad hicieron nuestros días muy agradables, así mismo nuestro botones Samuel que desde el primer día de nuestras vacaciones estuvo pendiente de nosotros que gran persona muy servicial. Por otra parte sería de gran importancia mejorar la sala de hospitalidad con más ba?os disponibles y vertieres más cómodos.gracias y hasta una nueva visita. Santiago Guzman

The place is amazing, I'm sure I'm gonna return. The pool and beach service was great. I only have a complain in the room service, the towels wasn't change in three days and also no any soap, only in the last day I needed to ask for shower soap and they brought it to my room. Even so, I recommend the place.

Muy buen hotel!
La torre de Lago es completamente nueva, moderna y muy cómoda. La atención es muy buena y cálida. El desayuno es muy variado y de muy buen sabor, pero la comida a la carta es costosa y muy regular en sabor, presentación y porciones. De los beneficios de ser miembro Gold de Hoteles.com el hotel no pudo garantizar ninguno; ni early checkin, ni late checkout, ni upgrade de habitación.
