Beautiful property. Large and very comfortable rooms. Staff was amazing especially Rafael and Christian! Highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

We had the worst experience in this hotel. The hotel was under construction and we didn’t know this, the sound at the pool was unbearable, we had to leave… the restrooms at the pool were closed because of this, there was no men’s restroom at the lobby (also unavailable). The valet had to take us to the bathroom at the gym which was locked. This is insane for a hotel in this category!

Perfect last minute family trip! Our stay exceeded all expectations. The room was large & comfy. The entire property immaculate. But, it was the staff from valet, front desk, restaurant, bar & poolside that made our family feel like VIPs. The service was unparalleled. How nice to be greeted on arrival by Maeve & attended to poolside by John. We will be back!

Newly renovated hotel. Beautiful place with friendly staff. Walking distance to Worth avenue and the beach. Great for a couples retreat or the girls weekend.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Palm House Hotel. The property is beautifully maintained, with stylish interiors that balance modern comfort and charming character. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with luxurious bedding and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a prime area of Palm Beach. The staff & valet are so friendly & helpful. The hotel & grounds are pristine. The salt water pool & the surrounding pool area is perfect. The room & bathroom is beautiful. They bed was very comfortable. They provide a house car to take you around town & to the beach including umbrella & chair set up. Close to shopping & great restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

We stay at four and five star hotels and this did not seem like a five star hotel. The level of service of a five star is just not there. I will relate good and bad points: when I got to the hotel after a long drive and ordered a Mai Tai the bar tender lady clearly did not know how to make drinks. You should not have people at the bar that don't know bartending. The next morning at 7:30 I went downstairs to order a cappuccino but was told that the "espresso machine has not warmed up yet" so I had to go somewhere else. It was very difficult to figure out how to turn the warm water on in the shower, there should have been signs. Apparently there is a tiny button you have to press and then turn the faucet to the "cold" direction instead of the "hot" direction (???). Also, the photos of this hotel look much nicer than the actual hotel. The pool is very small. No VIP benefits at all. On the positive side I liked the drawer type safe in the room, the glass water bottles, the pretty flowers in the lobby, the car service and cushy rug in the room.

Good food. Beautiful hotel. The staff is still learning but they will get there. They charged me again the 2 nights and I had to ask to fix it.
