The entire stay was Fantastic! The staff is incredible and go out of their way to make you feel so special and do anything and everything for you as a guest. Our room was incredible . Cannot wait to come back.

The hotel is beautiful, but SO SO unorganized. We were moved from room to room, asked to share rooms. I cannot recommend to anyone. It’s just a shame, they have gained a terrible reputation. There is so much promise as the location and design are perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and staff was pleasant and helpful. We really loved the complementary car service around the Island. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the large bathroom with a tub was amazing! I would certainly stay again.

Wife and I went for a quick staycation to relax. What a wonderful place to do just that. Service was excellent, room was great, staff was nice, drink suggestions were great. Room appointments were wonderful and we cannot wait to go back.

Beautiful property. Large and very comfortable rooms. Staff was amazing especially Rafael and Christian! Highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

We had the worst experience in this hotel. The hotel was under construction and we didn’t know this, the sound at the pool was unbearable, we had to leave… the restrooms at the pool were closed because of this, there was no men’s restroom at the lobby (also unavailable). The valet had to take us to the bathroom at the gym which was locked. This is insane for a hotel in this category!
