Overall, it was a good experience, and the location was very convenient. While there was no view from the rooms other than the main road, the food was a highlight of our stay. I would especially like to mention Ms. Pakizah and Ms. Nuzat, who were both very friendly and ensured we had excellent meals. One unique feature I truly appreciated was the heated bathroom floor, which was incredibly soothing in the cold weather and something I haven't experienced elsewhere. However, we did encounter an issue with the water heater. After a short period, the hot water supply would run out. This resulted in one of our group members having to request a bucket of hot water to finish bathing. Thank you for the hospitality, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

The stay was excellent we stayed in the vale lodge pahalgam in kashmir they wellcommed us with kashmire kahawa they provide us good good rooms with amazing view staff is very helpful and sprituve food is delucous ........ Good service ......

We had a wonderful experience with Altaf, the housekeeping manager in Vale Lodge. He is extremely cooperative and goes above and beyond to help, especially with little kids. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay so much more comfortable. Highly recommend his services

Had a great experience....staffs are so good and their behavior was also good...we had a great time here...we gotta meet a staff called Malik and he's behavior was also good...must say about rooms the interior and all the facilities were good

Wonderful stay at Vale lodge, Pahelgam. Modern hotel with spotlessly clean room. Rooms are spacious, with good heating and heated washroom. Dinner and breakfast was tasty. Umar helped us very much with handling luggage and almost anything we required. Highly recommended fot stay at Pahalgam

Every detail, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities, was carefully curated for comfort. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. It was an amazing stay at the Vale Lodge. Rooms are great, comfortable and cozy. Restaurant food is delicious and best thing is all the staff members (Nawaz, Altaf, Umar). But super special thanks to Asif who took care of our each & every need.

The location is on main road. Pahalgam market is around 3 Kms, a walkable distance. Enroute to Chandanwari, the starting point of Amarnath Ji Yatra. Premium Room - Consists of Living Room, Bed Room and attached Bathroom. Entrance is through spacious living room, having sofa set and tables for sitting there and enjoying with friends or family. The Bed room is also spacious with facilities like electronic locker, weighing machine, small fridge, bath robes, bathroom slippers and chair. The bed sheet, pillow covers and quilt were neat and clean. Bath Room - Surprisingly quite spacious with proper toiletries. At Wash Basin - hand wash, body lotion, dental kit and hand towel. For bathing - bath towels, shampoo, Shower gel and conditioner. The staff at Hotel Reception, Restaurant and House Keeping was smiling, courteous and helpful.
