We just visited the amazing, newly opened Serbellas Boutique Hotel, and it truly is a gem in Paphos. It’s an outstanding place to stay and a true luxury boutique hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing, very professional, friendly, and always there for you. The food is unbelievable, honestly the best we have ever had in a hotel. Breakfast is excellent, with a generous buffet as well as à la carte options. The coffee is outstanding, the best we have experienced in any hotel so far. The fine dining restaurant, Brisa, offers an incredibly tasty and beautiful food and drinks experience, complemented by excellent service. The bar is also exceptional, with sophisticated signature cocktails, and the team is happy to tailor drinks to your personal preferences. Reception was amazing, and the room was modern yet warm, very comfortable, and perfectly suited for both holidays and business stays, as my husband had to work during our visit. The rooms are beautifully designed and equipped with an espresso machine, a large TV, and stunning views. We stayed in a sea-view cabana suite with a private pool, and it was simply perfect. Our maid was very helpful, friendly, and did an excellent job with the cleaning, everything was spotless throughout our stay. The hotel also features a wonderful spa and an ice bath, which is very innovative and unique. This is a small boutique hotel where people truly care and impress you with their professionalism, all within a warm, family-like atmosphere. We felt fantastic during our stay. Cleanliness, reception, porter service, everything was excellent. The welcome drink was perfect. We have already booked our next visit. Thank you to the entire Serbellas team, see you very soon!
Amazing stay! The rooms are huge, beautifully designed, and minimally decorated, creating an elegant and very comfortable atmosphere. Food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent, with a wide variety that truly caters to every taste and dietary need. Outstanding flavors and high-quality ingredients throughout. The drink selection is impressive, and the cocktails are wonderfully crafted. What truly stands out is the exceptional staff, well trained and highly professional, from the porter and waiting staff to housekeeping, front desk, and management. Everyone clearly demonstrates a genuine passion for excellence. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended!
