We visited the restaurant at the newly opened Serbellas boutique hotel in Paphos specifically for dinner — and we have absolutely no regrets. The cuisine here is of the highest level: the handmade ravioli and pasta are something truly special. The desserts deserve a separate mention — they are pure magic! Thanks to pastry chef Elena! The flavours are bold and deep, taking you straight back to childhood. Our waiter Alexander created a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere: attentive, friendly, and gracious — exactly the kind of service that makes an evening truly memorable. I spent a few nights at the Serbellas Hotel with my wife. We were completely satisfied with everything — it had a cozy, family-like atmosphere and excellent service. The beach is only 50 meters away. We highly recommend it to everyone.

I spent the long weekend of the 1st of May at Serbellas Boutique Hotel, and it was a truly lovely experience. The food was absolutely amazing, every meal felt like a highlight of the stay. I'd liek to thank you to Peter, who took great care of us during dinner service, always attentive and welcoming. In the mornings, Sylvia and Fani were wonderful, very kind, polite, and they made some of the best coffees to start the day right. The spa is small but very nice, and the spa manager was also kind, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with warm hospitality, great food, and a peaceful environment. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Recently stayed in this hotel for a night. Apart from the fact that the hotel is super clean, modern, and overall nice to be in, the staff were super helpful. It really stood out compared to other hotels. Room was very clean, nicely laid out, with the latest tech. I must admit, some of the buttons for the curtains were a bit slow, and some other buttons (like the bedside button to control the curtains) did not work, but that's probably a software issue that can be fixed in the future. Showers had hot water immediately available. Water pressure was more than enough. Overall super cozy vibe, while being super modern-looking as well. The location overlooks the beach, with great sunset views. Slight road noise at times from loud cars/motorbikes, as it's not far from the main road, but it's only audible when you're outside, and it's not too loud.

Great location with a beautiful view. The rooms were clean, and I didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. The breakfast was fresh and had everything I wanted, and the coffee was excellent — they use a proper coffee machine rather than an automated one. I also loved the unique touch of placing perfumes next to each room. Things I didn’t like: To access the spa, you have to walk through the main dining area wearing your bathrobe, which feels a bit uncomfortable. The spa itself is quite small, with separate compact rooms. There is only a Finnish sauna and a small ice bath, which I didn’t feel comfortable using as it’s shared by everyone. They also made a mistake and almost charged me for breakfast, even though I had already paid for it online. On another occasion, when I ordered something, they actually followed me outside to settle the bill instead of simply charging it to my room, even though I was checking out the next day. Overall nice place, polite staff .

We had absolutely wonderful stay in this hotel with my husband for the long weekends from April,12 for two nights! From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectation - the service, the accommodations, the atmosphere and especially, dinning experience. The cuisine and Chef Dimitrios deserve special prise! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The menu offered a perfect balance of creativity and meal for the special occasion. This hotel is fantastic choice for romantic weekends! Highly recommend!

Our stay at Paphos Hotel in April 2026 was truly exceptional and unforgettable. From the very first moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth that I immediately felt I wanted to stay there and not go anywhere else. A very special thank you to Stylianou Kalia, Head Receptionist, whose hospitality set the tone for the entire experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful fresh fruit cocktail, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. It was not just check-in — it felt like being personally welcomed into something special. Later that evening, while relaxing by the pool with an amazing cocktail, the incredible hospitality continued as we were offered champagne, cocktails, and delicious tapas. Those little gestures created such a luxurious yet heartfelt atmosphere that made the stay feel magical. Victoria and Alexander were also outstanding throughout our visit — always professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their service made every interaction a pleasure. A heartfelt thank you as well to the hotel manager, Marios, whose presence and attention to guests were clearly reflected in the exceptional standard of hospitality throughout the hotel. Beautiful property, amazing atmosphere, outstanding service, and truly unforgettable hospitality. This was more than a hotel stay — it was an experience. Highly recommended, and we cannot wait to return.

We have stayed at Serbellas B/H for first time, joined by our guests too for the whole weekend. Our visit was surely, as promised, a memorable one, from booking until the end! Unique, exclusive Tom Ford scents' identity/theme design, top-notch amenities. Clean and comfortable rooms with modern but elegant decor, beautiful sea view offering magical sunset.
