We had a very nice family stay at this hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Our two boys had an amazing time, especially in the kids’ pool it was definitely the highlight of the trip for them and made our vacation very special. We don’t usually leave reviews, but we wanted to share our experience to help other families. Overall, our stay was very good. The food was tasty and we enjoyed the buffet, although sometimes there was a long line for breakfast. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get reservations at the specialty restaurants, but the buffet options were still enjoyable. Most of our experience was positive. There was one moment at the pool where a lifeguard was a bit too strict while we were playing calmly with our kids, even though they were wearing life jackets. After bringing it to the hotel’s attention, the situation improved, and the rest of our pool time was very enjoyable. Our room was comfortable and nice. The only small issue was an unpleasant odor coming from the shower, but we placed a wet towel over the drain and that helped a lot during our stay. On our departure day, checkout was at noon and our airport transportation was scheduled for 2:00 pm. Once our wristbands were removed, we were no longer able to eat, which was a little difficult while waiting with two young kids. Overall, we had a lovely stay and our children truly enjoyed their time. With a few small improvements, this hotel can be a great option for families visiting Puerto Vallarta.
es buen hotel para ir con ni?os peque?os ya que tienen varias áreas de juegos para ellos, pero tengan mucho cuidado y revisen la habitación, a nosotros nos toco una plaga de cucarachas horrible y nos cambiaron de cuarto, sería lo primero que recomiendo que revisen al llegar. y no tengan expectativa de comer en un restaurante de especialidad el primer día de llegada ya que sus políticas no lo permite.

En las tres estancias durante el a?o; en este hotel destaca la falta de mantenimiento en sus diferentes instalaciones como ejemplo en los Jacuzzi en ambas secciones no funcionan, resulta que un dia antes, siempre, se descompuso la bomba o la caldera etc. Sin embargo su personal de servicios hacen las estancias agradables por sus atenciones (Bares, restaurantes, camaristas algunos administrativos).
Our family stayed at the Crown Paradise PV for a week at Christmas. Pro's: We found every aspect of The resort to be clean. The evening shows were well done and enjoyable. The water park is wonderful for the kids. The beach is lovely. The accommodation portion of the resort is quiet at night. Major Con: Sewer gas odor emanated from the shower and bathroom stall 24/7 throughout our stay. It was so strong that it woke us on several occasions feeling very nauseated. For that reason alone - we will not stay there again. Other Con's: The specialty restaurant reservation system is awful; reservations can only be made via their QR code. Reservations open at 9:00 a.m. sharp, and there were no available reservations after 9:05 a.m.. The system was further complicated by the resort's unreliable Wifi, making it impossible to make a booking. Reservations are made by Room #, so we were unable to book reservations for everyone in our 2 rooms unless we went in person and begged the restaurant manager to give us a table for 6 people. Room fridge was not re-stocked until the 4th night of our 7 night stay. They will only issue 1 room key per room, which is ridiculous when 2 adults are staying in the room. Bathroom sink had a major leak onto the vanity shelf below it We reported it 3 times, to no avail, so we put towels there, 2 or 3 times a day, to soak up the water.
We are going there with the whole family in march and sincerely hope that all these bad reviews are taken care of. Spending good money coming from canada and are looking for a great experience.
Excelente atención de los servicios en alberca, muy atentos los meseros. Comida rica. Todo el personal genera una gran estadía. Sin duda regresaremos. El área de ni?os es increíble, se divierten mucho. También junto con el personal de animación. Los shows nocturnos son súper padres, agradecemos el ímpetu y entusiasmo de todos los bailarines. Gracias a Paola por la linda atención. Excelente hotel
Son unos abusivos, me cobraron un recargo de $500 pesos extra por una toalla facial?? !!! una mala experiencia de mal gusto con la encargada de lavandería de este hotel gran paradise, ya que mi hijo tuvo un incidente y ?? una toalla facial, pedí cambio de sábanas, pues ya que había tenido el incidente en la cama y calló a la toallita, luego de esperar un rato a que hicieran la limpieza la encargada de lavandería (jefa) llegó apenas en 5 min luego de que hicieran la lmpieza que solicitaba enojada y hasta fotografió las sábanas y la dichosa toalla facial como evidencia y al final me cargaron $500 pesos por ello, como si la toalla lo valiera y aunque fuera por una nueva de esta marca genérica (las hacen en Monterrey lo dice su etiqueta) UNA TOALLA FACIAL NO VALE $500, además de la mala atención cortante del chico del servicio a cuartos del turno de la tarde, de mala gana te dice las cosas y se le pidieron las cosas de forma educada simplemente desepcionan se supone que son una cadena hotelera mexicana y por lo que veo tratan mejor a los extrangeros que a nosotros de ahí en más me pareció pasable todo lo demás.
