房间不错，就是插头有点少，酒店设施很完美，网球场，乒乓球，桌球，水吧到落日前都免费畅饮，还有沙滩排球，工作人员会一直主动邀请你参加各种活动。

浮潜很漂亮，就是为了冲着浮潜点订的酒店（?????????）服务人员都很热情，入住体验挺好的，没有不开心的地方，房间也挺大的（^_^）v

整体还可以，房间挺新的，游泳池很大，海边风景和浮潜资源设施都不错。服务还可以，也没有特别贴心。

Great Hotel with good food and daily activities / animation. Aswell as a nice coral reef for snorkeling right at the beach. For the evening there is programm for kids and adults and the possibility to go partying in many different clubs afterwards.

This hotel is magic! Great location, not far from the airport. There are many palm trees and flowers on the territory. The weather was great during this period. Excellent nutrition, very tasty food in a la carte restaurants. Active and cheerful animation team. My family is satisfied with the rest in this hotel.

Incredible resort , Writing this pool side before my transfer sadly picks me up for the airport , Travelled solo as decided with a few weeks notice to use last of my annual leave , I have never travelled abroad from the UK by myself so I was a little apprehensive as a single lady , I needn’t have been and am so glad I decided to visit , As a Housekeeping Manager in the UK for a few amazing clients so my eyes will obviously be drawn to cleanliness , I was so impressed with cleaning throughout the resort , from Ahmed who cleaned my room 1127 daily , such a lovely man who gave pride in his work , along with the rest of the room teams who I saw working hard , to the grounds people who kept the resort so spotless , I am also glad I got to try Silk Road on my last night when they opened , amazing food and I also enjoyed Palms with their amazing views , I did happen to look at the careers page whilst here and saw a position that would have taken my fancy , if it was not for the fact I am nearing the end of career and looking forward to early retirement , what a way to end career though at your amazing resort , A few observations , may I suggest - On booking with Easy Jet Holidays I chose the plan of All Inclusive Premium , at resort there isn’t a plan called this , which was confusing for checking in team and restaurants , I found out this is called Ultra All Inclusive at resort , perhaps this could be changed with Easy Jet Holidays to avoid this confusion for customer and resort , I was also very thankful of water ( and other available drinks ) wherever you may be around resort , but , as a person who always has my own refillable water bottle I would have liked to have seen water stations , whether that be by tap or machine , this would , of course result in far less one use plastic wastage when so much focus is attempting to limit plastic pollution , Would also work well for fizzy pop stations instead of cans , Thank you for a wonderful stay , I can see me booking for next November when I get home to a far less hot UK

Отдыхали в этом отеле уже три раза. Для нас отдых- это, прежде всего, комфорт. В "GR" он начинается с порога. Персонал сделает всё, что в его силах, чтобы Вы были довольны и безмятежны. Уборка территории, обслуживание в ресторане, работа reception , бар на пляже, spa, тренажёрный зал -всё на 5+ Отдельно хочется выразить благодарность работникам ресторана и кухни. Всегда есть свободные столики, убирают и сервируют стремительно. Ни разу не видела пустых тарелок на стойках для готовых блюд. Качество приготовления на 5+.

Resort molto bello.la maggior parte del resort molto curato e pulito. L'unica peca come sempre in Egitto la pulizia delle camere,proprio pessima.per il resto tutto bene.pochi italiani quindi era molto tranquillo il resort.Personale molto gentile e attento a tutto. Per l'animazione grazie a Tommaso che era sempre vivace e sorridente. Cibo buono in confronto ad altri resort del Egitto che ci siamo già stati. KIDS club ottimo i miei bimbi si sono divertiti. Relax al 100%
