Great Hotel. Rooms are big. Need to upgrade the toilet paper from 1 ply to 2 or 3 ply... so it is softer. Current 1 ply is similar with the 1 star motel

Pros:
Perfect location to Brisbane CBD. Bed is nice and comfy. Breakfast is nice with reasonable choices.
Secured underground car parking.
Cons:
There is no exhausted fan in bathroom which cause moldy smell. Also the sink in my bathroom was blocked, taking lots of time to drain all water and easily leave residue on sink (which why I try not to use them).
Surprisingly there is no longer free car park on site, you will be charged for 20 AUD per night but it’s ok (plenty spots to park in secured parking lot).

Room very good with a very big bed! All cleaned!
The gym doesn’t exist.. is only one bicycle and one tapis roulant.
I didn’t like to pay 50$ for caution… i’m not a hooligan..

酒店位置很好，在市中心的交通樞紐位置，在樓上就可以看到有名的故事橋和整個市中心的夜景，晚上吹著風特別舒服，酒店有點老，設施不是太新，服務還是很到位的，前臺美女服務特別nice??

Great location, super near the dockside where you can take the free Cityhopper to Riverside. Walking distance to Fortitude Valley via the story bridge which is super nice to take a walk at. There’s a Manhattan Pizza nearby - perfect for takeaways, a super delicious French bakery Christina Jacques Bakery and lots of dining options. Free parking was what I needed hence I chose The Point, I typically return back around 5-6pm and there are still lots available. Hot showers are available readily with adjustable water pressure, well done. Chromecast available, room size is good to fit 2 large sized suitcases with plenty of space left. Breakfast is good, it’s ala-carte which reduces food wastages, they even allow takeaways for coffee and food when I did not have time to dine-in for my breakfast. Good place to rest in after a day of sight-seeing. Very value for money and true to photos.

總體還不錯的一家四星級酒店??，既然是四星級就不能按照五星級的標準來要求了。
房間面積比一般的酒店要大。
地理位置位于南岸的袋鼠角，周邊餐飲等配套比較齊全。
酒店的餐廳也還不錯。
每晚800多人民幣，性價比一般。
