The one bedroom apartment is reasonably sized and had a balcony looking out over other apartments and the river. The bedroom also had a balcony. With bathroom a modern and there was no kitchen facilities. Only a fridge and kettle. If you need to use a microwave, you need to go the the basement and use one in the laundry. The outside pool and pool furniture is great and the roof top restaurant and bar has amazing city and river views. The staff are very friendly. There is a carpark under the hotel with easy access to your apartment floor.

There was hair still in the shower. What might have been ********** in the bath and shower.

The bathroom was not very modern and there was kitchen facilities. Only a fridge and kettle. If you need to use a microwave, you need to go the the basement and use one in the laundry. The outside pool and pool furniture is great and the roof top restaurant and bar has amazing city and river views. The staff are very friendly. There is a carpark under the hotel with easy access to your apartment floor.

Booked for one night but ended up extending our stay.
The staff were polite and helpful and the location was great, a short taxi or ride into the centre of the city. We even watched the new years fireworks from the rooftop bar and had a great view.
Would recommend and stay again.

We couldn’t fault the point hotel. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful even at busy times like New Years. The rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable and the roof top bar and restaurant were lovely. We will absolutely stay again. The only feedback I’d mention is the toiletries provided (soap/ hand wash and shampoo/conditioner combined were pretty average and not what was pictured in the advertisement. Otherwise this was an incredible stay.

Restaurant staff were wonderful but meals were below average. No antre's at all on the menu and only 5 mains listed. Very small chicken parmy and very small serving of mediteranian lamb that was over salted. We left hungry and dissapointed as at no time were we informed of a restricted menu and there is no way possible a chef cooked those meals. No real chef would have let that leave the kitchen. Expensive carparking at the hotel that is extra so we opted to park in the street at risk.

地點一般，每次乘車都要去CBD，要過條橋才可以去到。入住頂層，河景還可以。入住時房間還未整理好，有一張可以睡一個人party用的桌子遺留下來未搬走。怎會將客房當什物房呢？本人也是第一次遇上這種情況。housekeeper打掃不夠乾凈，地上頭髪也沒吸走，茶包、水也不是每日提供，洗頭水很一般，化妝棉十分劣質，粗糙??皮膚。試過housekeeper連續兩日沒打掃，打電話叫她幫忙丟垃圾，換毛巾等，態度差只托詞很忙，最后由前臺幫手換，十分離譜

環境不錯，設施也還好，房間夠大，又有一個大陽臺，挺滿意的地方

The hotel's water quality is very poor; see picture one, there's black liquid in it. The carpet is quite dirty, but the location is very convenient.The sensitive was quiet good！！
