房間調度安排酒店與攜程客服都出了點狀況? 還好最后是有妥善處置? 入住舒適，相較于前臺人員的素質不穩定，對于禮賓部的每位人員都相當滿意！

總體還是比較滿意的，房間照片沒拍，留幾張早餐的～朋友要滑雪，所以特地訂的這家，從珍富高鐵站打的過來十來分鐘（也可以坐接駁車，我們時間對不上所以沒坐），20000韓元不到。前臺和checkin會英語，加上比劃可以交流，會幫著訂出租，指路（順便提醒一下，如果要訂去機場的大巴要提前2天，別像我一樣當天要定第二天的，定不了…）房間很干凈，比首爾的大好多，有拖鞋，但是牙膏牙刷都要花錢，minibar也是收費的。度假村里面有很多好吃的，和便利店，但是吃的價格不便宜哦。第二天的早餐很不錯，值得一試～滑雪場人不多，很舒服，朋友表示下次來滑雪還住這里。離開的那天下了好大的雪，超級美！！

殘疾人房間雖然有的定但是不能入住的哦，會給你換成普通房，房間比較小，去機場的shuttle bus 要提前兩天定，如果只是住一天的話基本是定不了，環境偏，但是附近的便利店啥的都能滿足，跟假日酒店同用一個設施，但是比假日要清凈多了，however 這里風景環境太棒啦!!人也不多，體驗感不錯的，總的來說還是值得來一趟！

Around 5-8 mins walk to convenience store and restaurants, as well as ski house where you can buy lift pass and do equipment rental. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Taxi to Jinbu station around 20,000-25,000 KRW if no shuttle bus available.

房間非常大里面也非常干凈整潔，大堂服務也非常nice。

The minibar refrigerator was broken while we were storing a medical product. The hotel staff blamed us for putting a medical product in the fridge. Also, told us that the fridge is normally turned off if a key card is taken off the entrance wall holder. Makes no sense. Complained to the hotel front desk and still does not understand their explanation. Very disappointed

The pillow and mattress are too soft.
Carpet is dirty. Overall is good for location near to ski school. Must do abit more cleaning.

We picked a lake view room so the room was huge. Can fit two people on the king bed plus one more on the sofa bed. The location was very good, five minutes away from Alpensia ski resort.

酒店環境都算可以。晚上餐廳太早close, 想食宵夜都不能了。整體上房間都滿意的，滑雪場附近的餐廳都算不錯.

服務很好，附近有很多娛樂設施，有VR game centre, 十分接近滑雪場，滑雪場附近有好多不同的餐廳。
