Beautiful ski hotel. Clean and airy rooms, very comfortable. Service is a bit slow. Focus seems to be the best and easiest of the staff. Sometimes, it borders to a bit rude. The souronding area feels a bit tired. Recommend to go to younpong ski resort instead.

Alpensia is a good place to go skiing with soft and a variety of ski path to choose from. Oxy deli is good, I really enjoyed my tea time there. Sauna place is too small with fair facility.

Great location and very comfortable! The hotel staff have created a warm and welcoming environment with lots of cozy zones inside. Beautiful walking track around the lake out back. The only minor gripe I had was that the breakfast was mediocre and it got boring having the same spread every day, down to the types of fruit and drinks served. Staying at the hotel also ensures you get 30% off the ski lift and gear rental which was an added plus!

The hotel amenities and facilities is nit like 5stars hotel. They sell toothpaste and toothbrush. Breakfast was okay for 5 star hotel. Not much options for bread spread. The shower space is small. Bath tub was good. Bed was good. Overall is okay. But under my expectations.

非常好??，房間挺舒服，洗浴產品手機byrdo，非常高級，一家人住下來很舒服。前臺工作人員服務也超級無敵好，非常友善！

先說問題，可能也不是酒店的問題，2019年去時，每天有好幾趟班車直接從機場到酒店，現在一天只有一班了。所以不如以前方便。這次去朋友一起打車去的，足足三小時，而且蠻貴的。回來時打車到Jinbu坐火車到首爾換乘，比較絲滑，總共五萬韓元，不貴。酒店服務非常好，服務員幫我訂車票足足花了二十分鐘，蠻感動的。想著下次啥時候再去
