As in the majority of hotels worldwide, our policy is to request a credit card security deposit that is not a payment and only guarantees that there are funds available to pay for any charges incurred, this amount is usually 'blocked' on an account but not actually debited. The pre-authorisation is usually removed between 5 - 10 working days afterwards depending on your bank. We advise our guests to contact their bank in case of any excessive delay.The entire team really hope we can welcome you back on a future occasion.
