Room service was super slow, breakfast delivered to room in takeout box instead of crockery and silverware. Couldn’t get coffee until 8:15am as coffee not ready. Room service wasn’t available for breakfast as short staff (apparently only 2 staff working). Lunch in restaurant took over hour and a half to 2 hours when only person in restaurant dining. No normal chair in room to work from laptop and none available in hotel. Front desk very rarely answered phone, to keep calling. Hotel could do with providing kettle in room so guests can make coffee themselves. Hotel should be DOWNGRADED TO 3 or 4 star. Very disappointed, would not recommend!!
Well maintained. Staff was amazing. Room dated but clean and provided everything i needed, mosquitos are plenty probably need to a big spray like Gee jam as they are in the same area and i didn't experience mosquitoes there and it was within a day.
The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was extremely pleasant and courteous, especially Damion, who consistently checked in on us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The staff was absolutely amazing, very accommodating, made all efforts to make you comfortable, only draw back was the dinner menu for me. But overall am awesome experience, would definitely go back.
Yes the room was very clean the staff was amazing and it show that the owner is on top of is biz it was a hurricane and they where prepared we had light hot water they told us the ac will not work so they gave us fan which did a great job it my go to spot whenever am in Portland love the pool the property clean lots of beautiful fords beautiful sea views amazing staff thank you to all the staff we appreciate you awesome service and I have to also big up the chef’s because the food was really good
