Guest：Room service was super slow, breakfast delivered to room in takeout box instead of crockery and silverware. Couldn’t get coffee until 8:15am as coffee not ready. Room service wasn’t available for breakfast as short staff (apparently only 2 staff working). Lunch in restaurant took over hour and a half to 2 hours when only person in restaurant dining. No normal chair in room to work from laptop and none available in hotel. Front desk very rarely answered phone, to keep calling. Hotel could do with providing kettle in room so guests can make coffee themselves. Hotel should be DOWNGRADED TO 3 or 4 star. Very disappointed, would not recommend!!: 2026-01-01
